“First time visiting Dr Dowd with my recently adopted 7 year old cat , Charlotte. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming . Dr Dowd is so gentle and loving during her exam that it was totally stress free for Charlotte. The vet tech who assisted was lovely as well. The office felt very welcoming and Dr Dowd took her time , didn’t rush , answered questions and made her self familiar with Charlotte and out her at ease. All around great experience“

“This was my first time using a mobile groomer and I cannot believe I hadn't used one sooner. His last groomer asked that I didn't bring him back as he was a bad boy while he was getting his nails done. I did inform Paul the owner of the company of this when on the phone and he reassured me that it wouldn't be a problem. Paul the owner of the company came out to groom my boy Leopold and I must say I was quite nervous as Leopold doesn't normally warm up to people, men in particular. When I opened the door, you would have thought they had known each other for years. His tail was wagging and Paul knelt down for a bathing of kisses. Paul took the time to go over all my concerns and he took Leo off for his grooming. When they returned Leo's tail was still wagging and he looked great. His coat has never felt so soft and he smelt great. Paul told me he was a joy to groom and he would be more than happy to come back to groom him anytime. I highly recommend On The Spot Pet Grooming and I could tell Paul really enjoys and knowledgeable about dogs. I did also like that he quoted me a price on the phone and there were no hidden add-ons once he came and took care of Leo. I know Leo has found his lifetime groomer.“

“Natasha (owner) is awesome! We've brought our Australian Shepherd to her since his first grooming in February of 2019. He has an extremely thick and shaggy coat that needs regular attention. She is super gentle with him, and he actually loves going in. She trims him exactly as we request, and he always comes away with the natural looking coat we prefer. During shedding seasons this is the only way we can keep our house from becoming one big hair ball! We have had nothing but 5-star experiences here and recommend her without hesitation.“
