“Over the course of the last week, I had the honor to make the arrangements for my mom’s funeral. I chose Monte’s Chapel of the Hills because it is locally owned, and I couldn’t have made a better decision. From the first phone call every staff member was wonderful. At our initial meeting, Brian met with my brother and me and spent over an hour answering every question we had and collecting the information he needed in a kind and respectful way. There was no pressure to expand his services or choose the most expensive casket. In fact, Brian mentioned every step of the way how we could minimize costs if we chose to do so. The day of the funeral everything went smoothly from the moment the casket was delivered to the church until we left my mom at the cemetery. I was able to send my mom off knowing that she would have approved of every single thing that was done, and Brian and his staff made that happen.
