Did an excellent job of arranging for my father’s cremation. I live out of state and it was very easy to take care of all of the arrangements by phone. I can’t speak to value because the cost was about twice as much as what it would cost me here in Texas but that’s probably about normal for California.

Wonderful, kind & highly professional in all ways from start to finish. At a stressful time Keatons was amazing. No hard sell & no intrusive anything …everyone on the team handles everything with the utmost sensitivity & respect. I wish I could give them 10 stars - they deserve it. A very happy customer. My mom passed away March 24. Keaton's allowed us to perform our ceremonial cleansing of the body at their facility during Covid-19 pandemic. Although only two people were allowed in, we managed to perform the ceremony and I am grateful for that.
