“All I can say is WOW! Every person we spoke with at National Response Team was courteous and professional. And they did an amazing job! So glad they were recommended to us.We had a busted sewer pipe under our house in the crawl space. Started to smell something in the house but didn't know what it was. It got worse after a couple weeks. Called the plumber. They took one look under our home and said we had a busted sewer line and they would not go down there to fix it unless it was cleaned up. NRT to the rescue!We had a pool of sewage water under the home. It completely covered the sewer line and a good portion of the ground. NRT gave us a reasonable bid. Some other companies were outrageously expensive. Clearly those other companies are looking to take advantage of home owners in need. NRT came over and were extremely professional. From the bid process, to scheduling the work, to coming to the house and doing the work, to the back office staff. Everyone was patient and nice to deal with. This is not something most people have to deal with. They did a great job explaining what needed to be done. They worked with us and our schedule. They did a great job cleaning up and removing all the contaminated water and debris. They even disinfected the worst of it. Our home smelled great! Our crawl space never looked better. The plumbers came in after them and were very impressed. “When I had a failed supply line, I was told by my handyman to get water restoration ASAP. Upon googling water restoration near me, I found Dry Kings, who had very positive reviews. So I took a chance and called them on the weekend, in fact, I believe it was a Sunday night. I was impressed at the immediate answer to my call for help; they also assured me that it's going to be OK and I'll get someone out there first thing the next morning. Sure enough the emergency call representative kept their word and had a very courteous Dry Kings project manager come out the very next early morning first thing. Talk about Customer Service! They had extreme confidence, which put me at ease, knowing I was in safe hands. I just wanna give a shout out to Art who related to me by breaking things down in a way that was digestible. Being a first time solo home owner newbie, I asked him to spell it out to me like I'm a kindergartner t, and he sure did, which I very much appreciate and felt safe under his umbrella as he led the project. One piece of advice I would recommend, is when making a claim, make sure that you understand what your home insurance policy covers and does not cover. Long story short, if I need to water restoration again in the future (hopefully not!) that I could rely on Dry Kings to solve my problem asap!“

“We had a mold inspection and air assessment completed when we noticed mold on a few of our bedroom walls and our young children were constantly sick. The mold report had astronomically high numbers and we had to move them out of their bedrooms. I contacted Frank the next day and he responded right away and even came to our home within a few hours to do his own inspection. He came the following day to remediate the problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional and offered the best deal compared to other remediation companies I spoke to. Their work was very efficient and clean. My wife was especially impressed with their setup as they blocked off each room with a plastic barrier to avoid cross contamination and spreading of the mold spores throughout the house. They wiped all surfaces clean, treated the mold inside our walls and scrubbed the air with HEPA filters and dehumidifiers. Frank was generous with his expertise and knowledge on how to maintain our home and avoid the reoccurrence of mold. As a contractor he even gave me great tips on how to make repairs he noticed round the house.
