“Tony was so knowledgeable and experienced with every aspect of the service. They initially came to clean up my ducts and found out it was a bigger problem than what it seems to be. Tony sealed up all the registers and advised me what needs to be done. He could have just do the job and walk away like most of the people do nowadays, but he didn’t!Both Tony and Brett did an amazing job on my couches and dining chairs and the area rug. “In December 2017 I had a home fire. After 18 months of dealing with an out of town company with little success I was luckily referred to Purofirst. I called them and met with them the next day. All good from there. They got the necessary permit promptly and started work. The workers all local people that have worked in Santa Rosa for years did excellent work. They worked with my insurance company to make sure I recieved the funds to complete the required upgrades.I am more than pleased with the quality of work. Everyone was professional and went out if there. way to make my home much better than before . A couple of the workers even watered my rose bushes for me. One even bringing water in buckets Everything is perfect from the windows to the cupboards to the heater, Would definitely reccommend this compamy .for quality work. “RCS did an excellent job of cleaning up and sanitizing a rodent infestation in an outside cabin room and pool pump shed. They showed up on time in full protective gear, worked 4 hours and left both premises spotless. They also hauled away all the gunk they cleaned up, plus some soft-surface items that might have been contaminated.
