We called this company to rectify our citation, and we got to interact with Carol. She was understanding and helpful. She told me to email the citation and she would try to have her tech come out and fix the issue! It didn't take long to have a tech from Pedro come out and fix the issue. Our citation is resolved and we are grateful for your service!“

“I am writing this review in response to a call from a person from American Leak Detection (ALD) who read my review about my dissatisfaction and the result of the ALD visit and the charge that I paid. The person (lady's name I do not have) was honestly concerned that I was not happy. She then did something that I considered exception for a business today. She offered a refund of over half of the charge I paid -- and I see she did indeed credit my charge card. Kudos to you Ms. ???. I think that says positive "volumes" about her company and her concern for the reputation of ALD. If you ask me would I call upon them again, my answer would be YES. Now to increase the concern that ALD has for the property they visit, I would suggest that when a ALD worker enters the house, they put protective booties on their shoes. That shows, in my opinion, that the company is a class act and respects their client's property. The best to you Ms. ???, and ADL.“
