They are so gentle and inform you of the process every step of the way. You can easily book with them on their website. Their location in San Mateo is easy to find and has an ample amount of street parking. Inside their rooms, it is very peaceful and relaxing. Some of the services I have tried from them have been - nano-infusion, derma planning, peels, back facials, regular custom facials and most recently a hydraderm facial, which was great! I've always had problem skin and it's honestly never looked better. I've even gotten compliments for the first time in years. “Are your lash extensions uncomfortable? Do you feel the glue? Do they get caught on your towel?? Do you look like a clown? Well, then you need to get them fixed by Cassie, stat! I came in with such a horrible experience from my last lash tech. I initially just wanted to get them ALL removed, and never have to go through that experience again, but so happy that I decided to give it another try with Cas! Yes, my lashes look GREAT, but more importantly, I don't feel them AT ALL! I forget that I even have extensions. No burning, no stickiness, and minimal fallout (I only lost 1, and that's normal). Beauty is pain, but if done right, there shouldn't be any lash damage from extensions. Which is why I plan on going to Cassie only. *P.S. Cassie is so sweet and easy to talk to! “I'm not sure where to start- so let's start with sugaring.Jen is an absolute gem . A diamond in the rough, if i must say so myself. It is extremely difficult finding a sugaring expert in the bay, and Jen for one, has all the experience in the field. I have an annoying amount of low pain tolerance and I get sugared from head to toe with her. For such a difficult service, Jen makes the experience enjoyable and she's great at reading body language and nonverbal cues. She stops when she notices that I'm in too much pain and takes as fast or as slow as I need her to. Jen is informative and explains the benefits of sugaring amongst products she loves and recommends. Highly recommend coming to see Jen for any sugar service.Skin care: I've had multiple estheticians take care of my skin in my lifetime. I love skincare, products and everything that comes with it.
