I have not yet received the service, I will update this review when I do. But I want to share my experience with Teresa for the consultation service. I reached out to a few eyeliner tattoo services in the Bay Area, some charged just for a 15-minute consultation, and some did not spend the time to answer my questions (this is a PERMANENT decision! I do not want to make the decision lightly and just pressured me to make an appointment and put down a deposit. However, Teresa scheduled a free 30-minute consultation with me in which she answered all my questions. At no point did she pressure me to make an appointment just so she could charge me for her service. It was obvious she cared a lot and wanted me to make a decision that I would be happy with in the years to come. For example, when I asked for a more prominent outer line, she explained to me how it would translate as I get older and how it may look more unnatural at different angles. I was so glad I made this consultation with her because I learned a lot about permanent eyeliner tattoos and what to consider. Seeing the tattoo she has on herself and how it fades in the long term (she's had it for 7-8 years I think?) it was super informative as well. It fades a bit in color but in a natural way that blends in with your lash line, and it made me want to get the tattoo as long as it's done by someone who knows what they're doing!
