“Working with Serri and George was a dream! When I began searching for a San Diego realtor to sell my late father's home in Oceanside, I came across Serri and the Brand Realty Team. Serri was the third agent I interviewed, and I knew instantly that I wanted to work with her. Her communication style was spot on--honest, direct, and never pushy or salesy. After chatting with her, we had a listing appointment with George, Serri's business partner. After spending some time with him, we realized he was equally as great as Serri, and we signed the listing agreement. They were amazing at strategizing when to list the house and what price to list it for (was around a holiday). He never tried to upsell me and even project managed everything we needed to get done before going live on the MLS, as I am not local to San Diego. The entire process could not have been smoother. “I met Ana Chavez long before I even thought of putting my condo up for sale. She actually lived down the street from me and would frequently stop by to inquire how I was doing and even brought me flowers twice! When it came time to sell my condo, she just happened to come by about a week later. We were discussing what my plans were and shortly thereafter she and her team leader, Louis, gave me a formal presentation outlining what I could expect. I actually didn't even need the presentation because I had already built a pretty good rapport with Ana and was impressed with her tenacity in canvassing the neighborhood and getting to know her neighbors. My house was marketed as coming soon. Ana set up, showings back to back for two days. My house sold on the fourth day. The pictures that photographer took were stunning. Ana answered every question along the way regardless of what time it was. At this point, I consider Ana a friend more so than my realtor.
