“I met Ana Chavez long before I even thought of putting my condo up for sale. She actually lived down the street from me and would frequently stop by to inquire how I was doing and even brought me flowers twice! When it came time to sell my condo, she just happened to come by about a week later. We were discussing what my plans were and shortly thereafter she and her team leader, Louis, gave me a formal presentation outlining what I could expect.
