We were working with Rich from the Brand Realty to help us with a land acquisition in San Diego. Good land is rare and expensive here. However, Rich was so motivated and always on top of things -- over an extended period of time. Regardless of it being general inquiries or setting up viewings, things happened promptly. On top of that, he turned out to be a great negotiator and secured a fantastic deal for us. After working with several other (disappointing) realtors, his motivated work ethic and optimistic approach was certainly a positive surprise for us.
