“The line to my ice maker malfunctioned in the middle of the night and I woke up to a kitchen that looked more like a lake. I had the appliance guy fix the issue but needed to have all my floors removed and replaced. I called my insurance company and they recommended Jarvis Restoration. The guys that came over were awesome. Peter and Ryan headed up the job and I could not have been more pleased with their work. He is both kind and professional, and an animal lover :) He explained how the whole process usually works and made me feel much better about everything. Every day, he communicated about what time he'd be arriving and what would be happening next. As a single mom working from home, and a homeowner, I really appreciate the communication and punctuality--not to mention comfort level. There was a lot of demo work to pull out cabinets and flooring and when they were done, they cleaned everything up very well! I am very very happy with my with my experience with them and highly recommend them to everyone.“

He determined right away that we don’t have a slab leak but we do have water coming up through our slab from the outside. Poor drainage and water seeping through cracks around the house. He gave me a step by step plan to try to mitigate the water and future damage to the floors. He has so much knowledge and I highly recommend you call him if you have a leak.“
