Off the charts it terms of technical and practical knowledge, friendly, customer service oriented, professional, polite, on time and a great value! Let’s face it, if you’re reading reviews to find a company to repair water damage and get rid of mold, you are not having a great day. How do you know who to trust and who will be able to resolve your problems?John is absolutely the right choice. He responded immediately, evaluated our situation and scheduled us to get started the next day. He was professional as well as friendly and put me at ease right away. I had a slab leak and ProCare managed my many repairs perfectly. All the sub-contractors were 5 star professionals. I am picky and hard to please, and I can't say ONE negative thing about ProCare! They handled everything! If you want an easy and professional renovation, I urge you to hire ProCare Services. Why not hire the best? (I'm not related to anyone in ProCare. This is my unbiased opinion). Five stars all the way!
