They were also patient with me and answered all my questions about the system after install. My job consisted of getting rid of the furnace on ground level, building a platform in the attic in a tight area, and installing a whole new heatpump and return in the attic/ceiling. Ultimately I went with the X-series ac pro, and it's nice and quiet. Very positive experience.“
