Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and personable: from the person who scheduled our WDO inspection, to Tom our technician who called to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and could come earlier in the day, to the nice office coordinator who let us know our house key wasn't in the lockbox, back to Tom who was incredibly gracious when we let him know our realtor had changed the lockbox that morning and were sending someone to get him the key. “Great experience from the first phone call. Jameson was knowledgable, professional and fun. He very thoroughly inspected the house and showed us what he was finding. He was very clear about different treatment options and once we have decided, he and Richard did a great job and were very carful to leave a few marks as possible around the house (where they had to drill). They offer annual inspections and warranty for 3 years and it is very reassuring. I felt that I can trust them both.“

“I talked to someone on 10/3/24 and got an appointment with Raymond for today (10/14, between 4-6pm) for follow up cuz we still have quite a bit flea activity. However when I called this morning to confirm, Heaven told me that there was no record of any appointment with Raymond for today, 10/14. Then Heaven set me up again for today 10/14, with Chris instead of Raymond at the same time 4-6pm, approximately 4:40pm of arrival time…Apparently the technician (Chris) came almost 19 minutes earlier and texted us at 3:41pm that he is at our location. I saw his text exactly at 4pm since set my alarm at 4pm. Thus, texted him back right away at 4pm, but he was gone. Called Orkin office, talked to Angelica, she tried to reach out to Chris, but not successful. Am so frustrated at this point, dealing with fleas every day and feel like been ignored. Angelica sent out email that if Orkin can send someone tomorrow morning and asked me to call back again tomorrow morning 10/15 to confirm. Why is so hard to communicate with Orkin and be at the same page to prevent these kinda issues? Please help.

Updates:
Armando came today for follow up. Very nice, friendly, used different products to aim the fleas, and tried his best to solve the problem. I will come back and update my review once the fleas issues resolved. But until then I keep the stars from 2 to 3.

Updates: Wanted to send a special thanks to Orkin and Mario. Fleas gone finally. I got frustrated at many times, because it took almost two months to get rid of them completely. Orkin was consistent with giving free service until the fleas eradicated. Will change the stars to 5.“

“Proven offered the best price among the three quotes we got for fumigation and subterranean termite treatment.

Our overall experience with them was smooth: working with Ryan in Sales, scheduling with Chris at the office, and having Ryan the tech perform the subterranean work. I appreciated that a human always answered the phone at the office and I didn't have to go through a series of automated options when I called.

Ryan (tech) was professional and especially helpful, providing us with insight for all our questions. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with his work.

The only part that could have been improved was that a subcontractor was used for our fumigation, and there was some loss of communication. The subcontractor was great, and we were happy with their services. We were just unsure of their arrival time and then they told a different guaranteed completion time than originally expected, per our Proven contract. I had to call the subcontractor's office who did the scheduling to request an early clear time so that they would be done with fumigation before our PG&E appointment to turn the gas back on. An inconvenience that could be improved, but fumigation went well.

Proven has made the troublesome process of termite treatment as easy as possible and we appreciate their work!“

He offered to trap him for us and also let us know additional options. Really appreciate them coming out so quickly and being so knowledgeable! My mom has used Got Gophers at her house and has had a great experience with them as well! Will only use this company moving forward!“

“Robert did an absolutely fantastic job from beginning to end on my fumigation and attic cleanup. One thing I particularly appreciated was that he always communicated what was happening and always got back to me immediately. He never pressured me nor did they hound me for payments. “I contacted a few fumigation companies. Many owners are like salesmen - sounded good but not sincere. I find Justin, the owner of Costless, down-to-earth and straight forward. The office is also very communicative. Both put into extra effort and material to accommodate my special concerns.

One foreman was respectful and cooperative. The other foreman needed a better attitude. The crew also needed to be more careful with my plants.

If you are new to fumigation, bear in mind these companies have multiple jobs per day, which means they have limited amount of time for your job. So prepare your property accordingly.

My utility closet door was damaged after fumigation, and Justin came right away to fix it. All in all, I like the management of Costless, because of their willingness to go extra miles to do a good job.“

Alan took great care of us spraying the inside that would quickly dry before our pets had to be back home and he sprayed all the outside. Was impressed too that he offered to fill some of the areas with a sealant too. He followed up the next day to see if we saw any more ants, which we didn't. “So thankful for Ryan, Molly and Scout! I had bed bug concerns after receiving some bites which prompted me to seek out a canine inspection. My initial inspection was done with a different company which yielded inconclusive results. This was frustrating to hear as the bites continued. I reached out to Ryan and he was able to get me in within just a couple of days. He inspected the space himself, then had Molly perform her inspection and then Scout just to be sure.
