They arrive 2 days after the quote acceptance for work, assessed discussed the job and proceeded to do their work.
They were professional, placed cleaning plastic all took care of all the waste debris and dead rodents they found.
Sealed up all exterior vents and holes and installed new insulation. The job they did was excellent and looks like a whole new attic

“We had an ant infestation, and Pacific Pest Management came to the rescue. It was easy to make an appointment. Alan took great care of us spraying the inside that would quickly dry before our pets had to be back home and he sprayed all the outside. Was impressed too that he offered to fill some of the areas with a sealant too. He followed up the next day to see if we saw any more ants, which we didn't. “Attic Bros just finished cleaning up my crawl space and attic, rodent proofing, insulate the ducts, the attic and the exterior walls of the first floor (close to 200 holes in the wall drilled, filled, patched and painted) Ori did a great job quoting, being available and updating me on everything and even coming to help with the work and Vic and his team did a great job finishing everything in 2 1/2 days!! We originally thought this big job would take a week! They work really hard, take pics of everything and respect your space and clean up after each day. Considering how smooth everything went for a big project like this I feel that their bid is fair. I trusted the reviews you guys gave and got great guys taking care of the job fast without headache. “Cannot recommend Presto enough, especially for businesses. I work for a restaurant and we faced worst-case scenario: shut down by health department on a Friday, meaning we would miss the entire weekend of business (not to mention advertise our failed health inspection to the public all weekend) if we did not treat and reopen ASAP.

Presto’s owner Jim is clearly experienced in these emergency situations. He walked us through the entire process to make sure we would meet the health department’s requirements. He went to bat with us to make sure the insurance paperwork was in order for mall management to approve the emergency work permit same-day. Anytime I see a business on Yelp with ONLY 5 star reviews (and nothing less), I always wonder is the credibility is that good... Well, now I can say that it is true and well deserved. The actual fumigation crew/company (Nor Cal Fumigation) that comes to tent the house is top notch as well! They are also only 5 star reviews. The women at Nor Cal who helped me there were Lisa Scoffone and Lori Figueroa. Their customer service was amazing! As soon as the crew arrived, they were super friendly and very respectful to the property and the house. Even when I got home, they double checked all the cabinets because they took the boxes of tea and placed them far away from the house so I can still use them. I was also concerned about the lemon tree that is very close to the house and was still healthy and thriving! Usually, a tenting experience can be super stressful but dealing with Top Grade and Nor Cal Fumigation - it wasn't. If was pretty much effortless because of them. Their service is above and beyond! If you to have your place fumigated, these two companies are the BEST ones to use! Hands down.“

“Highly recommended! Vanish successfully eliminated a big flea problem, caused by a family of feral cats that made camp in my yard. When I placed traps from Animal Control, the fleas jumped on me and got into my house. Ryan was very knowledgeable about these pests and advised me on follow-up vacuumings to ensure getting any eggs that may have remained. The chemicals he used in the house were almost odorless, and the ones he used outside and in my garage didn't have much more smell. The price was quite reasonable. “Competitive quote for attic insulation removal and reinsulation with batt, rodent proofing of attic, garage and crawl space. Did not try to upsell other services. Technician who came out to check the rodent issue was a lot more thorough examining the attic and garage than other companies. 4 member crew came at scheduled time, worked tirelessly the entire extended day to finish the job , cheerfully addressed some additional requests in hidden areas with holes into dry wall, and left the house completely clean with no trace of such a messy and hazardous job. Same for removing animals after they’re caught they come with a few hours to get them removed. I believe it is required by law. Staff is courteous and professional and knows what they are doing. I’ve had both Daniel and Bill come to my house a few times.“
