“Amazing job by Darius and team. They were quick to conduct inspection on a new property I bought, provided me the estimates for the repairs and then did the fumigation and termite work in 3 days. Darius also stopped by to re inspect a dry rot behind a dry wall and told me that this is a non issues and is insignificant and saved me a bunch of money by not having to remove the tiles and replace the subfloor at this time. I would hire them again in couple of years for abother inspection.“

“J&M termite are amazing. I wanted a second opinion on a termite inspection for a house I was buying. The inspector, Louis, did a very thorough job. When J&M's report turned up a lot of work the first report hadn't, Louis talked me through the report and the findings on the phone, answering all my questions. Because of the second report, I was able to negotiate and make sure the sellers covered the cost of the required Section 1 work. I also had J&M do most of the work -- the house was tented for termites and beetles, and then a substantial amount of framing was replaced (the total pest report was around $14k). The work was performed by Robert and his colleague. Robert was also excellent: a few places the work was less than expected so he updated the quote, and finished half a day earlier. Robert also talked me through when most of the underlying issues are coming from, which is really helpful as I get quotes to fix the roof for the underlying source of leaks. Robert also signed off on some of the work that another contractor (that the seller had organized) was doing that J&M couldn't do themselves, and again was extremely thorough, catching work that would have been subpar and working with the contractor to make sure their work was up to standard. Having a termite infestation in a new house is scary and unpleasant, but J&M resolved it painlessly. “We discovered rodents in the attic during a termite inspection and started looking for companies that could take care of the infestation soon. We decided to go with Attic Bros because Michael (the inspector) was not only extremely thorough and detailed in examining the situation but also experienced, knowledgeable, polite, extraordinarily patient, and professional in helping us understand the project. He is a trustworthy and caring person who really tries to come up with the best solutions for the customer. He was very responsive to our many questions and concerns. We greatly appreciate Michael's work ethic and are beyond happy that Attic Bros beautifully completed the job two days after Michael's visit at a competitive price. On the day of the work, Jesus (a great team leader who always has a genuine smile on his face) and a team of four replaced the insulation in the attic, cleaned, disinfected, and rodent-proofed the attic and crawl space, and left traps in both places. The crew showed up on time, was courteous, and went straight to taping up a perimeter with plastic sheeting. They were all very experienced and efficient and worked well as a great team. They created openings for me to enter the "tunnels" in case I wanted to take a look, they did a great job covering everything especially the bedroom which they used to enter the attic, and Jesus even cleverly covered a large ceiling light with plastic film. After all the old insulation was bagged, Jesus told me we had old insulation from three different time periods in the past, and that the amount of old insulation was more than twice the normal amount. He did not complain or imply to charge us an additional fee but pleasantly told me he had to run more trips to the dumpster to handle the unexpected extra work. Before and after they installed the new insulation, they helped me climb up halfway into the attic to take a look in person at their great work. The attic was very clean and refreshed and they arranged the new insulation very neatly. Jesus assured me they did everything to the codes and they closed (rodent-proofed) all the holes and openings. However, there was a roof opening due to a missing roof tile, and even though they put mesh wires to prevent rodents from entering, we still need a roofer to replace the tile and close the hole to prevent rainwater from wetting the new insulation, and Katherynne in the office can give me a referral to a good roofer. They also meticulously reinforced all the mesh wires around the house and showed me many pictures of the new mesh wires from within the crawl space. Before they left, they cleaned up everything really well, and even vacuumed my doormat and left it much cleaner than before they came! Katherynne in the office was always prompt and freindly in answering my calls. I like that she would always call me back even if I did not leave a voice message. We are completely satisfied working with Attic Bros on the project. Keeping our fingers crossed that they have not missed any holes and that rodents will not be able to return any more. Will set up a 2-week follow-up soon.“

“I recommend Guardian termite inspection services. I have always spoken to Steve, he is super nice. Gives you an honest opinion, does not try to sell or up sell you. We bought a home a couple of years ago and he took care of all our section 1 repairs. The following year I called him back to reinspect the areas where they may have been termites. We did not have any. We also noticed some other items around the house and as new home owners were not sure if it needed to be fixed right away or can it wait. Steve honestly told us what we can wait to fix. He also knows a lot of good referrals! If he cannot do the job he knows some who does! If you get anything out of this review, is that you are dealing with an honest, on time, super cool, reasonable company that you can trust. “I had to have my house fumigated because I had a really bad case of drywood termites in the kitchen of the house I am renting. I chose Top Grade Termite Control because of their 5 star reviews. Anytime I see a business on Yelp with ONLY 5 star reviews (and nothing less), I always wonder is the credibility is that good... Well, now I can say that it is true and well deserved. The actual fumigation crew/company (Nor Cal Fumigation) that comes to tent the house is top notch as well! They are also only 5 star reviews. The women at Nor Cal who helped me there were Lisa Scoffone and Lori Figueroa. Their customer service was amazing! As soon as the crew arrived, they were super friendly and very respectful to the property and the house. Even when I got home, they double checked all the cabinets because they took the boxes of tea and placed them far away from the house so I can still use them. I was also concerned about the lemon tree that is very close to the house and was still healthy and thriving! Usually, a tenting experience can be super stressful but dealing with Top Grade and Nor Cal Fumigation - it wasn't. If was pretty much effortless because of them. Their service is above and beyond! If you to have your place fumigated, these two companies are the BEST ones to use! Hands down.“

I've moved a few times over the last 10 years and it seems every property management group I rented from used D&J Pest Control for routine maintenance, maybe every month or two as well as service calls. This is my 4th rental in 12 years and D&J serviced all of them. They just came out and took care of a roach problem. Roaches are coming in from the water meter and under the sidewalk. They sprayed outside and inside the garage (garage floor is full of cracks too). Awesome people that treat renters with respect.“

“I was referred to this termite company by a local realtor here in Fremont, Tim Wang. I needed a termite inspection due to visible evidence of some kind of infestation around a window in our South facing bedroom and had a side door to the garage (original, 45+ years old and cheap quality) that was in dire need of replacement. I was hoping that I did not need the house tented because we have 5 rescued cats that would be a big hassle to temporarily relocate. Herbert came out and did a thorough inspection. I was very pleased that he did not see any other locations (outside of our back window/wall) with evidence of termites. I liked the fact that he gave me choices of what I could do myself as a homeowner (I'm an old DIY'R) but I'm getting too old to crawl under the house and didn't want to handle to chemicals. I had him give me a quote to treat the back wall, attic and crawl space as well as a separate price to replace the door and threshold. The price was good and I am totally pleased with the work. He and Charlie took care of the termites by injecting chemicals into the wall, attic and crawlspace. They sealed the interior drywall and even offered to paint the patches (we declined since the wall needed a repaint anyway). They worked very hard any kept me informed of what they were doing specifically as the day progressed. Charlie was in the attic and even explained that the top insulation (I had super insulated the attic many years before) perforated plastic covering would not stay on because it had fallen apart because of the heat. I must now have the best garage side door in my neighborhood - I did not ask for the replacement specifications but they picked out a door that is much better than the one I was expecting - insulated and completely weather-stripped. If I need any work in the future, I will be certain to call Herbert. I believe that he is also a licensed contractor so there is probably more work for him at our house.“

“Highly recommended! Vanish successfully eliminated a big flea problem, caused by a family of feral cats that made camp in my yard. When I placed traps from Animal Control, the fleas jumped on me and got into my house. Ryan was very knowledgeable about these pests and advised me on follow-up vacuumings to ensure getting any eggs that may have remained. The chemicals he used in the house were almost odorless, and the ones he used outside and in my garage didn't have much more smell. The price was quite reasonable. Ryan was wonderful to work with, answered all of my questions, and took care of the issue 100%.“
