We've had great service from Smith's Pest Management for several years. They are super about letting us know when they are going to be at the property, and their technicians text us when they are in the neighborhood headed for servicing. They really helped get our gopher and mole problem under control. Our technician, Tommy, did a great job at our last service surveying the entire property and noticing two new activities which he then handled.
The moles and voles were having a feast on my landscaping. I was constantly re-planting. We tried all the local pest control people, but none were able to get it under control. Then our landscape architect suggested calling Smith's in San Jose. Finally! Now our critter problem has been largely eliminated.
Mike is the best! He came a few times to know our needs, and solved our problems timely, with great professionalism. He repaired all holes to stop the entry of rodents. I will recommend them to anyone who might need the service.
