Excellent work with the 2 pairs of boots I dropped off. One pair I had re-heeled and soled and another pair I got dyed another color. Was extremely happy with both services, which were done in less than a week and for a reasonable price. Very excited to have a reliable cobbler downtown like Shoe Wiz!

What do you do when you have talking shoes? Talking back certainly didn't work. All kidding aside, I haven't been attending formal events for years, even before March 2020. So when I pulled those new pair of Cole Haan's and the sole separated from the shoe, I was on the hunt for someone who could repair these barely worn shoes. I called and emailed a company that previously helped me that used to be on Geary St. My resent email was answered with a $50 estimate. I replied that it was fine and asked how and where to pay and deliver my shoes. Then... crickets. Multiple emails, phone calls.... crickets (was so tempted to review that biz but, not having anything good to say...)....read full review

Miracle workers! They can resole anything. I brought in 2 pairs of my favorite boots that were ground down well past the sole, torn seams, etc, and they transformed them back into like new, but without the pain of having to break them back in again. They also added soles to some new boots I purchased. The soles had 0 traction at all, were just flat wood, so they added a rubber sole with tons of traction so that I can actually wear them outside. You'd never be able to tell it wasn't from the original manufacturer. They basically take shoes and make them better and stronger, so they last 10 times longer. Long Live Shoe Wiz!
