I've been coming to Jack's for years and have always had an outstanding experience. I've taken everything from my workhorse boots for resole-ing to my Louboutin heels for red bottom sealing. I've always had friendly service going above and beyond!

Helped out of a serious pickle when my heel cracked on my shoe on my first day of work. They were open early enough that I could get it fixed without issue. I also found a new pair of black shoes there that are really comfortable and nice looking.

This place is the very best shoe repair in the Bay Area! They have restored my Church's dress shoes to like new condition. Their workmanship is excellent and they have a very quick turnaround. These guys are the best!
