601 Monterey Blvd, San Francisco“The owner's name is Genny (yes, with a "G"). She exudes poise and friendliness as soon as you walk through the door. She greets with a smile and tries to take care of her customers quickly.I have used Martini Cleaners several times now. The first time was for cleaning delicate party clothes (with sequins and custom-jewelry buttons), a man's suit, sweater, and a pair of pants with lining. I was pleased with how the clothes turned out - clean and ironed properly, especially with the pants! The dry-cleaning is done off-premise by other family members, so expect the clothes to be treated with the personal attention that is inherent to a family-run business. The second time I used Martini cleaners, I asked for Genny's help to shorten two pairs of bootlegged pants. I was delighted to see the transformation - they had the perfect length and seemed professionally tailored. In my most recent visit, Genny didn't even charge me for replacing a cracked button. Martini not only provides good value (as echoed in other reviews) but also delivers high quality cleaning and alteration services.Don't be surprised if your clothes turn out looking almost like new.“

6907 Geary Blvd, San Francisco“I feel so lucky to have run into this dry cleaning service 7 years ago - and ever since then, I have problem switching to any other dry cleaners - because the owner, Golf, is such a sweetheart. Every time I visited her shop, she would always put on a big smile. Most importantly, she would always go that extra mile - I mean, some of my sweaters/jumpers are kind of old and might already have some lint, Golf/her workers would help me trim those away, which then made my sweaters look brand new - and they did it without me even asking! Needless to say, this is at no cost to me. This is the best dry cleaner I have ever come across and I am so glad they survived the pandemic.“

I've only met her twice and mentioned that a suit was for an interview and she gave me a red envelope for Chinese New Year for good luck. Touched my heart so much. Her kindness is just so infectious. Now I won't go anywhere else. They have phenomenal prices and quick service too. Just all around the place to go.“

“We've come here for the first time 1 month ago and I am very satisfied with their service and quality in cleaning my glittery, intricately woven dresses (some Indian dresses!) and they were extremely communicative. The dresses needed 4 extra days but I wasn't on a time crunch and theDresses came back so clean and looking brand new. Small business and family owned. Support them! They do a great job.“

437 Stockton St, San Francisco“I used a laundromat in Brooklyn, NY. I never used a laundromat in San Francisco, CA. Perhaps my father said I could use his laundry device machine. The other places were nice and let me do my laundry in the home. I asked about doing laundry and was advised to use "wash and fold" and I found that Pete's Cleaners by the Chinatown tunnel(Union Square) offers "wash and fold" same day by 4pm. It's $25 so that you don't wait too long at the confusing laundromat. Most people like to use at home laundry for comfort and organization. It was easy enough. By the tunnel!“

390 Sanchez St, San Francisco“This is my first time using a wash and fold service and I'm very happy with my results so far. $2.25/lb with a min of 10 lbs. If you bring it before 12 pm, they'll have it ready for you same day (usually by 3pm). I've done the wash and fold service a couple times, and I love how they fold and pack the clothes. I've also had some dry cleaning done and they did a great job doing that as well. The service is always top notch and they're so friendly. Would recommend this place to all my friends and family!“

“I don't really write reviews but, this laundry mat saved my life. One of the machines broke on me which me going back to get quarters and such would have made me late on a critical day for work. The gorgeous lady Kira saved the day. She not only got me a new machine that had a bulk order already in it but made sure I didn't have to re pay for the drying. She even offered to take it out for me(I didn't think it necessary) thank you so much my laundry mat hero Kira.“
