It was easy to make an appointment and to confirm my insurance info. I was able to do the new patient paperwork beforehand and the online system was clear and easy to use. The office was clean and upscale in appearance. Dr. Dagron was lovely. Efficient, kind and a great guide when deciding what to get. “I recently visited Dr. Lee because one day, out of the blue, I developed a troubling issue with one of my eyes. I was quite concerned that it was something very serious. I called my doctor's clinic only to find that the wait to see an ophthalmologist in my medical network (UCSF) take weeks if not months. My only option, I was told, was to go to a walk-in clinic or the emergency room, in either case I would be waiting hours for an on-call ophthalmologist to show up. Then it occurred to me to see my optometrist - Dr. Carrie Lee. She saw me that very same day (a Friday), and I can only imagine she had to really juggle her schedule to squeeze me in. In the event, she was able to identify the problem. It was bad, but not any of the terrible options suggested by Dr. Google. Later I emailed her (on a holiday) with a question about the application of a treatment for an unrelated issue. To my surprise she responded with the answer in about 5 minutes (!). Dr. Lee is a treasure who really cares about her patients.“

It was a tedious process, but the man did a phenomenal job and knows exactly what he's doing. I got a scleral shell and it couldn't have come out any better. It looks real!!!
