I love this place! The Staff are always friendly when I go back, which happens periodically because I live in the hood. I had been struggling for a couple of years to figure out how to put in contact lens. At HyperOptics, the store manager Jeremy coached me and was so informative. He watched my failed attempts, and gave me some new strategies. After one lesson I was able to do it perfectly! Hyperoptics stands out among the others where they are too busy and don't take enough time to see what you need to do differently. Thanks Jeremy! BTW, they also have great selections for eyeglasses.

I absolutely love this place! I've been going there for 15 years and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful!The frames are beautiful and from Etnia Barcelona, Anne & Valentin, and many other European or Japanese, and American brands.The team there always tries to maximize your insurance benefits. Thank you Sebastian!!!My optometrist is extremely thorough, she tells me when I need new glasses or when I don't, so you never feel like you need to buy a new pair even when you are getting older.If I ever feel something is wrong with the frames, as it can happen over time, if you've had the same pair for 5 or 8 years, I go to the store and they fix it for me on the spot. Same with a new pair in case you feel there's a problem.If every store you shop was like this one, it would be heaven - this is my favorite store in the neighborhood!
