Had a groupon for mink eyelashes that got redeemed by someone else, but they were super kind about it and are comp'ing me for the eyelash extensions anyways :) So far service is great! I'll update this after the lashes are done with photos and a before/after

After my last visit, the owner Eric reached out to me to let me know that there was some miscommunication on their part with the technician who did my lashes the last time and that the store manager (not the owner as I had mistakenly assumed) should have fixed the problem on the spot. He asked if I would come back in to get my lashes redone. I decided to give Beauty Sensation another chance and today I got my lashes done with a different technician called Ida who carefully went through the options with me. This is my first time using a groupon for eyelash extensions. I called them prior to purchasing the groupon to see their availability. They said to come in and they will honor the groupon price, in which they did. One star for that. Another star for them since the ladies were pretty nice. Update: Ivy was able to fix my eyelashes and she went above and beyond to fix both eyes! Currently, they both look great and I'm hoping they won't fall out anytime soon. I highly recommend her as she is gentle and is honest about your eyelashes.
