Came in here randomly because I was visiting the area and needed to get my brows waxed. They exceeded my expectations. Fantastic job with shaping and cleaning up my brows. I went back the day before I left to have them do a touch up so they could stay perfect after I left. I honestly wish I lived near there just so I could always go get my brows done there

all I have to say is head to butt massage chairs and neck massage while you a manicure and foot massage. Also perfect cuticle care and polish application. Definitely a hidden gem in this city.

I used to go to Richmond Nail but not anymore. Even with an appointment I had to wait 30 minutes to get my mani and pedi done. So inconsiderate of their clients' time and why bother even making an appointment? I've tried multiple nail salons and so far have had bad luck in terms of finding one with good customer service and does a good job but I think I finally found it, The Miracle Spa! I went today with my niece and Katie did a great job on my gel mani and regular pedi. Super thorough, gentle and detailed. I will definitely be coming back and ask for Katie to do my mani and pedi. Thank you so much for giving faith back!
