“Setting the appointment was easy as it was all done online and even showed me days and times of availability. The company responded back with confirmation and the direct email to the inspector, Randall, which I appreciated in case I had any questions before the inspection. Flexible and great customer service. On the day of my inspection for new construction, the builder acted like I did not advise them I had brought my own home inspector and made a big deal about it. Randall was totally understanding and patient, and he even went to the sales office to complete paperwork so the inspection could go through. I was worried this time delay would result in an extra charge, but Randall did not hesitate and got to the inspection as soon as that mess was cleared up. Auto-pilot inspection. Randall ran around and did his thing. He took the payment right there but also had an online payment option if I needed it. I immediately got back the invoice. I got the report right after the inspection. It was super detailed, had lots of pictures, and contained simple explanations of what they found. It was helpful for the report to categorize their findings so I knew what was an immediate concern and what was a minor issue that may not be necessary to address. I would use this company again and recommend it to anyone else looking for a home inspection.“

I had him fix up the house to get it ready for rental and what he couldn't do, which included some foundation work and landscaping, he put me in touch with some quality guys that did a great job. All this was done via email and phone, which I admit had me stressed at times as I live up in the bay area and couldn't always be there, but it all worked out and I have some good tenants. There have been a few things with the new tenant, but nothing that Andrew and his team were not forthright about. What really stuck me was that he was the only one who agreed to meet me on my time as again I am up in the bay area and couldn't make the normal 8-5 Monday thru Friday that others seemed to work off of. I plan on keeping him as my property manager as long as I keep the house rented.“
