Made an appointment for consultation with both my Daughter and myself. Their facility has a very quaint and at home feel. Their focus on personal care is amazing. We both work with Dr. Grayson his attention to detail from the time the appointment starts till it ends is amazing. Madison’s last PT experience was to just show up and do exercises. She did not work one on one with the therapist looking at the issue she was just sent off to do exercises. I just signed us both up for our second set of sessions with Dr. Grayson to help Madi maintain what she’s been working on. I strongly recommend checking Auto-Ness out for your PT needs. It’s a friendly family atmosphere that puts your needs first. Thank you Dr. Grayson for listening to Madi and taking care of her so she can enjoy all her different activities.“

His style of training raised my interest and my confidence. I feel like I improved my flexibility and functionality at a pretty quick pace without the pain and soreness that some of my peers with the same operation experienced. Davon is very knowledgeable, so he has a feel for the right level of exercise and intensity that you can handle. To top it all off he has a personality so it’s not some cardboard cutout just counting reps. I’m extremely satisfied with my training and my results. Thanks Davon, Woody and Grandcare Health Services.“

5465 Morehouse Dr #100, San Diego“Dr. Uzi is magical. I hurt my back in the same spot that I hurt it 7 years ago and it took me four months to recover from my herniated disc. This was only my 2nd session with him in one week, and I have 90% mobility in my back. I am so surprised by my quick recovery, but at the same time, he took as long as I needed in sessions to feel better and even offered extra time with the acupuncture needles in my back, as well as healing tape. I was very skeptical because his prices were $20 or more over the normal prices, but now that I have almost completely healed my back in 1 week, I am never going anywhere else. I can now walk my dogs with ease this week, and that’s what makes me happy.“

Their door is always open, but they understand that a patient that was truly cared for is one that doesn’t need to come back! Great vibe within the whole office. Dr. John will give you a whole breakdown of how the muscles and tendons connect within the body so you have a great understanding of where the problems are occuring and exactly how to work on it. Ellos hablen español también para ayudar todos <3“

4206 Sorrento Valley Blvd STE E, San Diego“I had terrible neck and shoulder pain, I've been weight training for multiple years and Brazilian jiujitsu for a few years and I'm always in some sort of pain. To top it off I'm a personal trainer and still couldn't figure it out. I saw a chiropractor and it helped but not as much as what Naomi did. She took the time to assess the problem and get a proper diagnosis. Naomi pinpointed the problem to the upper back and scapular retraction. After the first session I was in immediate relief, and felt more upright with significantly less tension. I highly recommend to this to athletes and non athletes alike, her space has a full set up with access to workout equipment. Naomi confirmed the appointment the day of and before and I left there with a new understanding of how the body works, and it goes to show you that it's all about the basics.“

4490 W Point Loma Blvd, San Diego“Was recommended Catalyst (Mission Valley) by a good friend after having total shoulder replacement over a year ago. Was super lucky to be paired up with PT Audra & sometimes Olivia for the majority of my PT visits. Both women were very professional, highly knowledgeable about their profession but, more importantly, extremely caring about my physical & mental wellbeing during the entire recovery process. Had my last PT session this week. Such nice people. Feel like family. A bit sad to say goodbye.“

Dr. Ivy has created a beautiful clinic that's clean, warm, and incredibly welcoming. The staff was friendly, attentive, and truly listened to all my concerns. I really enjoyed my time at Empower!
I started my journey a few months postpartum, feeling completely disconnected from my core. I consulted a PT local to my area with concerns of diastasis recti, and though they ruled it out, I still could feel it during at-home assessments.
Seeking a second opinion at Empower, I discovered I actually DID have ab separation. Dr. Macy has been an incredible guide, providing me with personalized exercises tailored to my specific body and movement patterns. I'm finally getting the care that I have been looking for. I'm feeling confident in my core engagement and on the path to recovery!
Thank you, Empower ?“

16486 Bernardo Center Dr #258, San Diego“I have been looking for a therapeutic massage since sitting long hours at job caused chronic neck and back pain. I read the high ranking reviews about this place and have started massages 3 months ago. Absolutely incredible, even with one session of 1.5 hr Thai massage with Rose was a big difference in one week after the massage. I was told that the technique the professional owner teaches therapist are healing, combinations of stretching, dip tissue and a lot of right pressure and blood flow to the right areas . I have been continuing for weekly massages for a while, now doing bi-weekly and will be continuing monthly to main my health and avoid Dr visits or medications. I highly recommend this place. I am super thankful.“

3959 Ruffin Rd J, San Diego“I’ve been going to this location for occupational therapy and what a wonderful experience it was. The front desk staff was amazing. Jess as always is the best just like my experiences with her when she was at the downtown location. Jayda was so patient even despite how busy she was with her work. My therapist, Becca, was highly effective in relieving my pain within the first five visits. She handled my sarcasm well which comes out when I’m nervous. Her personality has such a calming effect. Great job Rehab for finding and retaining such a great staff!“

I came from a different PT clinic and what a difference in service and quality. Garrick immediately noticed issues that my prior PT did not. He provided recommendations that I felt finally got me over the hump! My knee felt stronger and I finally got the confidence to get back into my usual activities. I cannot recommend this team enough, so much so that I had my fiancé come here as well. If you're looking for a PT that will get you back to your favorite sporting activities, Garrick is your guy!!“
