Very grateful to Tim, I was coming from a pain that wouldn't let me get out of bed. I hurt myself doing weights. The pain I had was sciatica. My brother recommended this place a lot and I decided to start. My pain is gone and I feel like new, very motivated because my posture is also better. Now I can return to my activities without any fear. I really recommend it even if you don't have any pain since good posture is important in the long run.
