“This place deserves 10 ⭐️? I came to Sports Performance due to a shoulder pain. Ive been so hesitant to get it checked bec I know that the doctor will just tell me to stop working out and if I do, i will be very miserable. I met Dr Jason here who is an awesome PT and is very knowledgable and who really care for his patients. My shoulder pain was gone already after 4 PT sessions with him. And the best part? I didnt have to stop working out! Im still at the gym 4-5x a week? I always feel like a brand new person whenever I come here lol. All the staff are very nice, very welcoming, and always have a smile on their face. Whenever I hear someone from my gym having pain I would always recommend them to go at Sports Performance. Best place for Physical Therapy!“

“Thrive is the first place I recommend to anyone in San Diego looking to recover from an injury or improve their physical health. I've worked with Dr. Aaron over the past two years to recover from ankle issues that doctors and surgeries were unable to help with. “I can’t recommend this Physical Therapy office enough. Greg and Bekah healed my neck pain quickly and gave me great easily replicable at home exercises. My head aches are gone and I’m able to sleep well at night now that my neck pain is non existent. The facility is clean, the staff is professional and knowledgeable. “My child and I both went to Rehab United for separate and specific care. I would (and have) recommend this place to friends and family! Oriana and Alyssa were so helpful, encouraging, and dedicated. It was always a positive experience for us. Oriana was wonderful with my child for pediatric care. Alyssa made such a difference in my postpartum recovery. My only regret is that I didnt see her sooner during my pregnancy. Nothing but good things to say about this place! It was worth the 30-60 min commute for me!“
“Lucky me !! I found egoscue on instagram by chance. I had back fusion surgery in 2020 and ive been a wreck since then with my back and foot hurting all the time. I lucked into carrie as my person at egoscue and she is super great. Very patient and very smart. In two months most of my back pain is gone and i have a bunch of my life back !! He’s gifted and intuitive, as well as very educated on human anatomy and Chinese medicine. I’ve had chronic jaw and neck pain for 5+ years. I’m so grateful that Chris has given me the gift of living without chronic pain. Thank you so much.“
“When you come your only regret will be not coming sooner!I was referred to Rejuvenation Bodywork by a friend who has gone to Clark in the past. I had an issue with my hip and back due to an old accident that was coming back to haunt me. I could barely walk. He watched me walk and within 10 seconds he pretty much figured out the problem and knew what to do. After my first session I saw almost immediate pain relief and could walk better after a day. I have tried Chiropractors, Massage, Physical therapists and nothing has worked even close to as well as Clark's bodywork.While he is more expensive than a Swedish or deep tissue massage, I assure you it is worth the extra money. This is not a standard PT or massage. It's very apparent that Clark really enjoys his work and cares about his patients' best interest and wants you to be successful in your treatments. I cannot thank or recommend Clark @ Rejuvenation enough!Side note: the location is easy to find and has plenty of free parking.“
