There is nothing better than having a really stressful day, crossing paths with an extraordinary person, and having that stress completely disappear. I was scrambling around this morning, kicking myself for procrastinating on getting ready for a wedding, and desperately trying to figure out what in the world I was going to do about my one baggy shirt, and long suit pants. I needed a same day alteration, but after calling 3 other local tailors, the situation was looking pretty grim. I felt doomed. The panic was really beginning to settle in. But all of that changed once I got on the phone with Olfelia!! I explained what I needed, and all she had to say was "When can you bring it in?" and "I'll see what I can do," which came as such a relief for me. Once I got there, I was even further relieved by her kind smile, and her lighthearted comments about my procrastination. I felt that I was in great hands. It's so special when you meet someone like her, because you can just leave your stress outside. Olfelia's here to gently chastise you (as she should) and everything's gonna be okay. Matt came to a listing I had for a second opinion. The buyers inspector told me the house needed to be tented because he found wings but he could not verify whether they were old, or if we had active termites. I called Colony for a second opnion and Matt said he found a total of 30 wings which equates to 7-8 termites, but since there were no droppings, he considered there to be no active infestation. The cost to treat the joints locally was $600 with Colony compared to an entire tenting by the other company for $2600. Matt saved my client $2000! His response was fast, efficient, and honest.

I was impressed by Target Optical's Dr. Christine Liu, OD. She took time with me, and understood my need for reading glasses knowing that my left eye vision is different from my right eye's vision. She explained in detail the results of my tests. She was very clear and took time to answer my questions. This Target displayed various eyeglass frames--just as many as other optometry stores. I had a true variety of frames to choose from. I will be going back to this office. The staff was friendly, and the Optical area was well organized, clean as a whistle, with very attractive displays. My experience with Bowhead has been pretty amazing. Audri has colored my hair a few times now. I added lowlights and when I got home I felt the color needed to be tweaked a bit. Audri was able to fit me in the next day and the color is beautiful.

Louise is absolutely the best. When I came in my hair was completely dead from all the bleach and hair color but Lou was able to fix it within such a reasonable price. She also doesn't make you feel bad like other hairstylists do, she completely understands that with covid and other circumstances sometimes it happens. She's so sweet so caring and she's genuinely passionate about what she does. That's why she puts in so much effort and work into each client she has. She is the best hairstylist a girl can ask for. I'm so glad I found her. You will not be disappointed ever. Her work is beautifully done and you can tell she puts her heart into her work. This isn't just a career for her it's her passion and she makes her clients unbelievably happy- I am just one of many. Being European gives him such a unique way to approach his work, and his style is unmatched. I do a lot of things to my hair and he’s always done it very well. You can tell just by the way he handles hair and sees what to do to make it always end up at your best! When I tell him what I’d like, he gets precisely what I’d liked and then surprises me by doing it even better! He’s patient, knowledgeable, beyond capable, he is the most talented, and just fun to hang out with!

So happy with this place got exactly what we asked for (which has not been the case last few haircuts) my husband wanted to keep the length ontop while growing it out also but clean it up around the edges.
Requested style: We requested a certain style , and this barber nailed it! After six months of searching for a good haircut my husband finally said we need to find a Barber shop! That they are the only ones that will know how to do it. I’m so happy we did. He has a colic and a lot of hair so it’s been challenging to find a good cut. They usually end up cutting way too short to try and fix etc. shout out to this place, they know what’s up. Very professional looking and really well done

Living walking distance of Sunset Glow, I decided to give it a try and so glad I did! The staff are super friendly, with a cute, quaint, and relaxing atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me a cold bottled water upon arrival—a gesture I've only experienced in high-end salons, which you normally you pay a fortune for such amenities. They suggested upgrades without any pressure, and their detailed, professional approach was evident as they took their time and didn't rush through the service. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would recommend to friends and family.

Had the most amazing manicure experience today. This was my first time here and I was pleasantly greeted when I walked in and was seated right away. Connie gave me the most amazing manicure! She was incredibly gentle and the hand/arm massage was so relaxing.After getting into my car, I reached for my phone and ruined a nail. I was mad at myself and tried to tell myself it's fine, just go. I started to walk back toward the salon and Connie saw me and then went looking through the colors to find mine. She fixed my nail and then we chatted for a bit. It was lovely! I truly appreciated this experience and her conversation.This is not a salon where everyone working is speaking in another language around you. That can feel awkward. It was personable and friendly! Great quality of work, my nails always last longer when done here, and the salon is small / intimate so you don’t feel like you’re in a factory. The people are also really kind.

This salon is so much more than threading and waxing. I have been there a few times - for permanent makeup on my eyebrowns and facials . It was so much more than traditional services. She fixed my crooked and almost non existant eyebrows and now I get compliments all the time on the color and shape. My skin was a mess- she did a great facial ( I fell asleep ) but she somehow made my skin look better than it has in 5 years. The salon is spotless and beautiful There is a very relaxing vibe including a guest room where you can enjoy the best coffee or tea on the house. The prices are very reasonable and comparable with local places that leave you feeling like you just paid market rate but got sub par service. For me- I am not wasting my money with any more over priced spa mills. I found Narges and she is my go to girl from now on !

I came here because I wanted to get my sun spots checked. Dr. Green is very nice and thorough. I really like him, he's so sweet and has a great bedside manner. The receptionist and staff is also very nice and accommodating. I will definitely come back get checked every six months! I would recommend this for everyone who grew up in Southern California to make sure that they don't have skin cancer! The office is a little challenging to fine because on the second floor so check the address and get there early so you don't wander around aimlessly like I did.
What a lovely experience I had with Kristina today. Her space is welcoming, clean and so relaxing. She greeted me like a long lost best friend ( this was my first visit) I had the most amazing facial, chormalift, that included a fabulous neck, arm and hand massage. I appreciated the way she explained what she was doing, and why. I left there with my skin positively glowing and happily awaiting my next appointment.

Great spot for brazilian wax. I have tried almost all the spots in the surrounding south OC area, spending as much as $100 per session. Angel by far is the best and most affordable!!! I have been seeing her for about 6 months and am so thankful for this hidden gem. It is tucked away next to Crunch fitness. The inside of her spa is cozy, small and relaxing.

I had a massage yesterday with Jenna. I wanted a therapeutic and relaxing treatment and I got so much more! Jenna is an intuitive and gifted massage therapist who expertly attended to the problem areas with care, using a variety of techniques, including hot stones, a massage gun, icy heat and her expert touch. She sensed a low energy coming off me and offered essential oils as part of the treatment. I left feeling re-energized, my muscles and nerves relaxed (I have MS and she was extra alert in caring for me). Jenna has a lovely, friendly personality and I was so grateful for her treatment - I hugged her before I left. If I lived here year round I would go back to Jenna as much as I could. I highly recommend her. I also want to give a shout out to Torri who took my booking and stayed in touch via text. She was organized, responsive and and friendly. I recently started a very early morning job and I decided to get a lash lift and tint so I wouldn't have to worry about curling my extremely straight and blonde eyelashes at 5 AM. Sophia made them nice and dark, and lifted them with a beautiful curl. I haven't even been wearing mascara most days because they look great on their own!!

I got a sizeable piece from Trevor this past weekend and I gotta say - it was an incredible experience! Tattoo aside, Trevor is a super chill, stand up guy! He was very thorough in the rundown of his process, answered all of my questions without judgement, and was very engaging. He made me feel comfortable and not intimidated at all by the process. The shop itself is great and very intimate. The art on the walls was fun to look at, they had snacks and drinks, and the fact it was just us, and not some big shop full of random strangers, was amazing for an introverted person like me! lol As far as his art goes, Trevor's art style is on point! He is extremely talented and the aesthetic of his work is exactly what I was looking for! I put my trust in him, he took his time, and the piece came out great! Wow! Truly, I was blown away by my incredible experience at Living Art Gallery Tatto Lounge . I first called to inquire about touching up a 30 year old tatoo and completely covering another ancient tattoo. I spoke to Britta, who was so helpful and warm. She told me to send pictures via text and she would help me find the right artist for the job and would provide a quote. She immediatelly responded with the information and walked me through booking my appointment and answering a few more questions. I arrived at the tattoo lounge and was struck by the inviting environment and the greeting I received from the front desk. It felt as if I was in a friend's home- a fireplace, old books, a pool table. Art adorned the walls, and even the floor! And when I say clean- I'm not exagerrating- Monte was actually dusting when I arrived. Monte, the owner, is beyond talented. I learned that much of the art on the walls were his own pieces. He is an absolute wizard and created a work of art on my body, while simultaneously covering a terrible 30 year old tattoo! But more that that, he made me feel completetly at ease. So easygoing and fun to talk to. Just good people! If I could give more stars, I would- and I plan to tell everyone about Monte! Because he is downright fabulous!

He has done some amazing work on me (covering up old tattoos and fixing others) he is patient, he is always on time (he is actually early because when i show up he is already set up ready to go). I searched IG for an artist that does the style I like, and I found Brad. I scheduled two full days back to back and made plans to fly across the country. I’ve seen and experienced the unprofessional and unreliable artists in the tattoo world, so naturally I was concerned about how this would all go down. Of course I had to make sure he knew I was coming! Thank goodness for the reassuring and prompt email responses! As soon as I walked in, I knew it was going to be an awesome day. This place is the brightest, most beautiful, most welcoming, cleanest tattoo shop I’ve ever walked into and I’ve seen a lot. I gave Brad my ideas and the freedom to make it flow. By the time our two days were up, I had damn near a full sleeve and was forever changed. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the whole experience. I’m kind of blown away with how dedicated Brad is to finish what he set out to do for the day. I mean this guy wasn’t watching the clock and ready to kick me out when my ‘time’ was up. If I could sum up the whole experience, it’s like the tattoo industry meets the service industry in a beautiful mash up at Stay Sacred Studios. The whole vibe is chill and not weird like most shops. We recently moved into our home and encountered a sewer drain clog within weeks which was especially stressful. We called out a plumbing company recommended to us who said we had root intrusion and advised breaking into our bedroom floor or tunneling under the house and repairing the pipe. This advice was based on their efforts to snake through a clean out which did not alleviate the clog. The thought of breaking into our flooring, repairing the pipe, trying to find replacement flooring and pay many thousands for the repair was very distressing.
We contacted Four Star Plumbing for a second opinion. First, Kelli, the company’s co-owner, was firm, empathetic and extremely knowledgeable. Kelli provided guidance, more information than any layperson should know about plumbing, and reassurance. She explained the possible options and guided us as we tried to figure out what to do. She and Robert (her husband and co-owner) closely examined the issue, pictures of home and information we provided. Along with their technicians, Taylor and Angel, they created a plan and executed the plan which ultimately cleared the clog without digging up our flooring. I bought water from Mike at the old Mission Viejo store for years and after it's closing I started driving to the home store in San Clemente for water. Im convinced the water there was instrumental in helping my son through Cancer. I continued there for many years always assisted by Sam the water man. The most amazing and friendly service employee I've ever dealt with. In 2021 I retired and moved to Wa State. As usual I stopped in to see Sam last week while in town and was devastated with the news of his passing. What a guy he was. Always so positive, energetic, and helpful. I came across Travis and his crew when I had a quick need on the 4th of July. I called a dozen plumbers before finding Travis. He had some extra time so he came out and helped me in a pinch and did great work. I just had a water main leak this past week and again, with water pouring out of the concrete in front of my house, I called him and he was able to respond next day. Took two days to isolate the leak, jackhammer the concrete and get the pipe fixed, and it''s good as new now. This was the second slab leak my house had despite being only 20 years old. The previous owner had done just a local re-route the first time. My home warranty plumber recommended re-piping the whole house rather than just rerouting locally to avoid future issues. I got 4 different quotes with varying cost and work duration. Noel, Integrity's project manager, came out to walk through and give an estimate. He took time to answer questions and gave a lot of information regarding the process and also the rationale behind their company's recommendation to go with Zurn PEX-B and expansion fittings (warranty issues with Uponor PEX-A, failures with PEX crimp fittings). Celestino, Solomon, and their re-piping team of 5 were incredible. They showed up early on Friday morning. After a walkthrough to confirm the plan, the crew moved and covered furniture with drapes and plastic to protect them. Re-piping is no joke: 50-60 holes in drywall and stucco, lots of dust everywhere, a number of corroded copper pipes pulled out of the walls to make space for the new PEX. The water was off from about 9am until 4:30pm. After the crew turned on the water to check their work, they caulked all the new shower fixtures and cleaned up everything. They even helped me temporarily cover the holes in the outside stucco with plastic and cardboard! They also found that my water heater needed an expansion tank to be up to code and installed that as well. The whole team was gracious and careful, and Solomon even drew a diagram of the new pipes on my floor plan for my reference that will be helpful for any future work that may need to be done. I'll be happy to recommend integrity to my HOA, as our community unfortunately has endemic slab leaks, and would highly recommend Integrity (especially brothers Celestino and Solomon Perez, who made sure the repiping portion went so smoothly) for anyone else who may need to repipe.

Needed a deep cleaning of my finished cement floors in our garage conversion. I asked if the cleaning could be done with a strong disinfectant based cleaner. Germicidal Maids showed up with a special cement garage floor cleaning solution and proceeded to clean the floors by making four separate moppings.Floors were left spotless, and have a barefoot feel like glossed cement. Could not be happier; my expectations greatly exceeded.I wholeheartedly recommend their very fairly priced services.
We talked to a few pool contractors before starting our backyard project, and chose to work with California Pools for two main reasons - 1. we really liked the in-office design and consultation, as well as meeting some of the team face to face, and 2. they said that, unless we choose to change something, the quote is the quote - no surprises.
We had a very complicated backyard demo and there were some hidden surprises in our yard that came up during the demo. Ryan V. and California Pools were 100% true to their word and didn't come back and ask for more money, unless we did something out of the original project scope. Also, despite an extremely wet winter and long demo, they finished our full backyard quickly. They called for inspections as soon as a stage was complete, and coordinated the various teams extremely efficiently.
Most importantly for us, their communication was amazing. We had asked to be "extra informed" about the process, and they were great with that. The whole team was a pleasure to work with. We had a phone call early on with Ryan V. where he was very thoughtful, understanding, and professional. We also have to give an extra shout out to Ryan S., our project manager. Every time I called or texted with an urgent question, he immediately responded. He is extremely knowledgable and professional, and also very friendly and patient.
We put in a new pool, spa, firepit and turf with California Pools, and our backyard came out even better than we could have imagined. We are so thankful to California Pools, and have loved having our new yard for the summer. If we were to do another backyard project, we would 100% work with California Pools again.

Matt came to a listing I had for a second opinion. The buyers inspector told me the house needed to be tented because he found wings but he could not verify whether they were old, or if we had active termites. I called Colony for a second opnion and Matt said he found a total of 30 wings which equates to 7-8 termites, but since there were no droppings, he considered there to be no active infestation. The cost to treat the joints locally was $600 with Colony compared to an entire tenting by the other company for $2600. Matt saved my client $2000! His response was fast, efficient, and honest.

I came here because I wanted to get my sun spots checked. Dr. Green is very nice and thorough. I really like him, he's so sweet and has a great bedside manner. The receptionist and staff is also very nice and accommodating. I will definitely come back get checked every six months! I would recommend this for everyone who grew up in Southern California to make sure that they don't have skin cancer! The office is a little challenging to fine because on the second floor so check the address and get there early so you don't wander around aimlessly like I did.

Dr. Allison Habekost and her entire staff are my heroes. We have been going there since they opened, however recently our dog Dewey became very ill- we thought for sure this was it. I called and shared the symptoms- they were incredibly busy- but they said bring him in and we will see him in between appointments. It was an infection that was difficult to determine what was going on- they were honest and kind. We decided on a treatment plan together and in 3 days our dog was back to being healthy. They were all so kind and considerate. I would give them 500 stars.
This veterinary team was so compassionate, understanding, and supportive during my dog's final days. When it was finally time to say goodbye to our 16 year old fur baby, they gave us all the time and tissues we needed. They made us 2 sets of her paw prints so each of my children could have a keepsake. They even had flowers delivered to our house the next day along with handwritten sympathy notes from each team member. I was blown away and am beyond grateful for all their kindness!

After trying one other groomer and my Daisy looked only ok, I gave Seashore a try. She was only 5 months old and 2 other people recommended Seashore. Yuri was able to fit Daisy into her schedule. When we arrived for the appointment, Yuri took a look at Daisy(Havenese/Shih Tzu) and recommended what she wanted to do for her. I leave her grooming to the professionals. She looked so happy and beautiful when I arrived to pick her up 1 1/2 hours later. Yuri proceeds to tell me that it looked like one of Daisy's ears looked red and may be an infection. That same day I took Daisy to her Vet and sure enough, she had an ear infection. If Yuri didn't catch it, I don't know if I would have caught it myself. Made a reservation about a week in advance to bring my dog here for the self-wash. They state on the web site that they have raised prices recently-we were charged $15 and that seemed very reasonable to us, and $60 for a 5 pack is a deal I will take them up on. We arrived and I thought they would be more busy, but our stall was waiting. Everything is super organized with shampoo, conditioner, no tear face wash, ear cleaner, towels, brushes, combs-everything you could need, you absolutely don't need to bring anything to this place to do your doggie wash. One of the ladies briefed us on everything and then we got our pooch into the tub. Good water pressure at just the right temp with the spray hose, really good for getting a deep wash on and a good rinse. Then they have the high powered, but not heated, dryer with a hose to directly the air where needed, which does a pretty good job getting the water off your dog's coat. Everything was super convenient here, and they even provide rubber aprons so you don't get soaked while washing your dog. This is my go-to place now to clean up my pup!

Bow WOW Beautiful and her entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, not only re grooming, but dog and cat behavior. They treat each animal special and listen to their customers. What's so nice is that the owner works with dog trainers and rescues to help rescue dogs. They do an amazing on the dogs. I took my friends 150lb St. Bernard (this is NOT an easy dog to groom h he came back so beautiful and happy! He's also happy when he's dropped off. I’m visiting my parents for a week and had some down time. I tend to carry stress in my neck and upper back and had some extra tension. Googled local massage places near me and found this spot. They called me back and got me within an hour of my inquiry. Highly recommend the Back and foot 60 min combo. Released many of my scapular tension and pain. The foot massage felt amazing. Next time I’m in town I’ll be back
The services and staff were amazing. I understand this is a massage spa. The goal is to get a great massage, which I did! I just have a recommendation: This place needs some serious upgrading/makeover. Less is more, especially in a spa setting. When you go to a luxurious pampering spa, you want to take cute pictures or maybe a mirror selfie. You want to show off your self care day! There was something hanging in the room I was massaged in that was questionable... which honestly ruined the vibe. It was tacky and looked like a child made it. I think this place has a lot of potential if they just need to make some changes with their art/ paint/ decor. Thanks for a pleasant experience overall!
Renee is the absolute BEST! I have some chronic tightness and pain spots and she knows her craft so well and is the strongest human being I have ever met. How she applies the pressure she does is crazy. And she is pleasant to be around and cares, you can tell just by talking with her. Great person and PT and I highly recommend her!!

I come here every two weeks and get an amazing and consistent massage each time with Paris. She knows how to find the knots in my back and shoulders and always works them out with massage, hot oil and sometimes hot stones. It is very relaxing and comfortable. I have been coming here for years now.

Kim and Tina did an amazing couples massage for my wife and I. Full-body massage deep tissue for me was amazing. I am 6 ft 4 and 300 pounds and Kim had no problems providing the deep tissue relief I was hoping for. Tina gave a good balance of medium deep pressure for my wife. We felt so great afterwards. Would definitely recommend you consider coming here for deep tissue massage.
