SAN CLEMENTE’S BEST KEPT SECRET!!!Locals know and have been coming to Popeyes for nearly 20 years for incredible service, incredible haircuts and incredible prices. This is the ONLY place to go for those who know. Peaceful experience, outdoor waiting, easy and short wait, and fast but yet incredible cuts and trims.I recommend them highly and without reservation - Come in Shaggy and Leave Happy!!!…..PS …. I especially love the convenience of being able to get my hair cut on Sunday - when many places are closed.The owner/operators here have a very strong service mentality which shows in everything they do!
