We had a great experience with this company and would fully recommend them. The maintenance crew for our building was unable to fix the issue on their own so they brought called Water Heater Man and Don came out and fixed our hot water in a flash!

I work for a commercial facilities maintenance company and called Water Heater Man after one of my restaurants lost hot water and our regular plumber couldn't get pricing to repair until Monday. I called about 9 PM on a Saturday night and spoke with Don. He was super helpful and helped me troubleshoot a little over the phone and explained the mechanics of the water heater needing service. The unit is old, and parts are not going to be easy to come by, but Don did everything he could to figure out how he could help.
