Spoke with Dimitar on the phone and explained my situation and was looking for a second opinion on the installation. Without hesitation, Dimitar offered to come by my house on his way home after work and look at the other company's installation and offer me suggestions. He knew full well his visit wasn't going to generate revenue for him but came by anyway and gave me a bunch of things to think about. He is super knowledgeable, kind, and someone who in hindsight, had I known about him, would have been great to work with on my window project.
