Rick Silva (San Carlos) did a great job working with us on the many details of our Jeldwen order for a new house. Even more appreciated, when we had to make changes after the order was placed he prioritized getting the changes routed through the order system in time to avoid delays or extra costs.

Rick Silva Provided great service from start to finish for a new house and a new ADU at Los Altos. Attention to the detail from the moment to provide an estimate, customer support from the order placement, keeping us posted for the delivery updates until all windows and doors were delivered. We have couple issues with 4 windows and he sent his team to do all the adjustments until the windows operate properly.

We worked with Scott Stewart at Argonaut to purchase a La Cantina bi-fold door for our home. Scott took the time to visit our home with our contractor to make sure that what we ordered was correct. He did this after we first met for a good hour at the showroom and discussed the many options available to us. He really educated us on doors including proper care, important installation details, and general information about the delivery process. The doors we ordered were perfect for the space. When we ran into a problem with the locking mechanism about 2 months after installation, Scott again made a house call.
