“Just moved to Salinas from Charleston SC and had to leave my beloved vet. This place has great reviews so I got an apt for my puppy here. They got me in within a week or so of me calling and I had a great first experience. They were timely and kind and clearly love animals. I didn’t feel like they tried to “sell” me on anything I didn’t want. They gave great advice on when to fix my pup and training tips too.

I will be making appointments for my kitties to come here as well.

EDIT: brought one of my kitties in when he suddenly was using the litter box a LOT more than usual. They were able to fit me in same day. Thankfully Zigzag is ok but they were great about seeing him.

Beverly who is usually who I see up front is an absolute sweetheart. She never rushes people and is always so pleasant and kind. All the staff has been the same way. I feel like I found a great vet and so close to my house.“

“All of the people that work in this establishment are the most caring I have ever met. This includes Dr. Finnegan. They are sensitive to your needs and take the time helping your animal. I had to recently put my pet down and they helped me get thru it. Very gentle to my pet dog. One of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make and they were very caring. “The entire office is pleasant and easy to work with. I always feel like they truly have our pets' best interest at heart. Many other veterinarian offices are obviously more concerned about the business end of things than the health of the animals. I often feel like the other offices are trying to up-sell you. Dr. Dena Eckerdt will voluntarily tell you that you can buy products and medications from her but it is much cheaper other places. They also are great with my pets, even the very difficult ones.“
