I took all of my cats for their vaccinations and a checkup yesterday and I think all three want to go back over today! There was no waiting time for my appointment, and the kitties and the doggies are in separate waiting rooms so there’s no unneeded stress on the animals.The staff were fantastic! And Dr. Chan was so compassionate and helpful. I wish I had known about them years ago!

I love the vets, especially Dr. Finegan. I also love their friendly and professional office staff. But recent changes to their office policies are frustrating and inconvenient. To cite just one example, the office has created policies to attempt to force customers to use only the pharmacy the vet selected. I don't know about you, but with the expense of 4 dogs, including a 177 lb great dane, I need to shop around for the best prescription prices. But now the office will only call-in prescriptions to their chosen pharmacy. Robert and I are fur babies sitting and Iris the dog (Tiki is a cat) became ill and could not walk or breathe properly and she had lost her bark and talking noises and was off her food. The vet took her in without an appt.! Diagnosed her issues, cared for her and prescribed and dispensed her meds and explained her care plan...great service from front desk to vet care.With the vet service managing the situation so quickly and calmly, Robert and I felt less worried /stressed with clear care plan and instructions! Thank you! Phew!!! All good...happy fur babies again!
