The entire staff makes a point to say hello or engage in a positive way. They do not try and upsell treatments or services- they genuinely want to help you and you pet during these unstable financial times. We enjoy going there and plan to be customers for a long time.
Always professional and they take good care of my dog for checkups, shots and teeth cleaning. Love that they are located in Prunedale so people who live here have a great option locally!
What a gift Dr. Dena and her staff are to us. Dena really listens, comforts (and also tells us what we need to hear), and takes care of our aging, sometimes-diva rescue. This is a treasure of a business!
