The school provides a supportive community where students can refuel, recharge, and focus on their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The instructors, led by Sensei Oliver, are exceptional with kids, offering inspiration, encouragement, and life lessons alongside karate training. Adults also appreciate the center as a great place to learn something new and get a good workout. The facility is clean, friendly, and well-organized, making it an ideal spot for families to grow and develop together.

From Zen Martial Arts Center

For years the staff at this martial arts school has been coaching people in East Sacramento in the process of using the martial arts as a vehicle for improvement of self and community. You see, this school stands for something far beyond the kick, the punch, and the throw. We consider ourselves an integral part of the village that help parents instill valuable character traits, beliefs, and habits in their children. For thousands of adults and young-adults, we have been -and continue to be -a place to refuel, recharge, and remember the value of keeping one's body fit, to keep the mind focused, and the spirit strong.
