Sifu Lendech and the rest of the Eastern Ways Martial Arts staff have been nothing short of a blessing. The martial arts lessons they teach have been amazing. I feel so comfortable even as a beginner going there and look forward to every lesson. This truly is the best martial arts studio in Sacramento!

Our daughters gave been training at Eastern Ways for probably 14 years now and still going strong. It has been an amazing journey as they transformed from little girls to these confident, responsible, respectful, talented, and powerful young women. Kids Martial Arts programs focus on the fundamental skills of learning. Listening, attention and focus. Building confidence through overcoming challenge is critical to building a young student from the ground up. Kids learn effective self defense with skill drills, simulated attack situations and several forms of sparring. Building skill in movement and rank creates confidence and self-esteem. Through our fun and dynamic group and private lessons kids stay engaged and have fun while also understanding the expectation of an organized disciplined environment.
