Never thought I’d start taking martial arts in my 50’s, but I absolutely love it and I’m addicted. Great instruction and fantastic classmates. It all started with one Saturday self defense class for women, after that, I was hooked. Try it- you won’t regret it!

Amazing place awesome people Omar is an amazing coach, easy to work with. I've been to other martial arts gyms and I don't get the same attention that I do here, the classes are great and I can't wait to get back in there
