“Tara was phenomenal. She put me in stretching positions I didn’t know I needed to be in. I learned of areas in my body I need to spend more on stretching. An excellent stretching and learning experience.“

“Ben is an excellent personal trainer. He customizes the workouts to make it right for you and to keep it challenging. He pushes you to go that one step more and shows that you can do it.Highly recommend him.“

“Dr. Keppler is very experienced and is a specialist in spinal correction- very few chiros do this. Easy and close parking. Dr Keppler is particularly good with older people who are delicate and in pain.“

“Saw another PT before Michael. They were ... fine. Acceptable. But Michael is far superior both in terms of quality of care and "bedside manner," in that he explains everything, suggests exercises that work well, and really pays attention to my symptoms – and I'm finally getting better! Highly recommended, and I wish I had seen him from the beginning. I hope not to need any more PT sessions in the future, but if I do, I know I'd want to see him to help me get fixed.“

“I am almost 4 months post hip replacement and have had a wonderful experience with Alves & Martinez, specifically working with Yesenia. My therapy focused on just enough push each session to get you over the next hurdle and Yesenia was supportive of my specific needs wrt activities I was missing during recovery. The office staff is efficient and friendly. The facility is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Cannot recommend more highly.“

“When I woke up this morning I had a neck spasm. It was super painful and I could not turn my head to the left or put my chin to my chest. My husband saw Lino once before and praised him so I decided to book an appointment. I was willing to try anything. Lino was kind, he knows what he’s doing and he knows what he’s talking about. He loosened up my neck muscle and I had way more range of motion. He told me to go for a walk and come back after 2pm to do more adjustments to my neck. I went from COMPLETELY stiff to having my range of motion back. I still have a little pain but that’s because it’s still swollen. I will definitely be going back to Lino for any other problems I run into.“

“Blossom Ridge Hospice offered help when my husband was dying. I was his caretaker and it was overwhelming. They came in to our home and supported him and me for his last 8 months like angelic beings. It was such a blessing! And then for the last year, the Blossom Ridge Bereavement Coordinator has been my support through the grief that I needed. I wouldn't have made it through without them. I have worked in the Senior Living field for over 30 years and this is the best agency by far!“
