“I met both Dan & Matt at the CIM race convention. Dan helped stretch me out in 2022 and gave me some very helpful tips. Dan was super cool and patient. This past CIM in 2023 I had Matt and I told him about my chronic low back pain stemming from my pelvis. He assessed me and told me that it was most likely due to the way I sleep. He gave me a stretch routine and it has seriously been LIFE CHANGING! I do this stretch every morning before getting out of bed and it has eased all of my daily pain. I am forever grateful for that.If I lived locally I'd be a regular at MAC. Both Dan and Matt are experts in what they do. Looking forward to next CIM! Thank you!“
