Tara was phenomenal. She put me in stretching positions I didn’t know I needed to be in. I learned of areas in my body I need to spend more on stretching. An excellent stretching and learning experience.

Joseph was very kind and took the time to explain what he would do with each stretch. I enjoyed him very much. He was quite polite and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I was a little too strong for him.
