“During the recent rain and wind storms here in NorCal, my roof sprung a leak and water was getting into my upstairs bedroom and the ceiling, walls, baseboards, subfloor and carpet were getting soaked. I reached out to several contractors to see who could get over here ASAP to limit the damage. As you could imagine, it was difficult to find someone but luckily I spoke to Patrick at ServPro Florin and he promised to make it out to my place that afternoon. Within a few hours, Patrick and his partner showed up and they got to work and did an awesome job minimizing and containing the damage to just the 2nd floor bedroom. They removed all the soaked materials and setup blowers and a dehumidifier to extract any remaining moisture. I am positive they saved me a much bigger repair bill as the storms the next two days were even bigger and the containment work they did prevented further damage. I appreciate their quick response and thoroughness. If anything like this happens again, they are my first call.“

I'm glad I went with Precision rather than Miracle Method, they were more expensive and would've been a bit of a rip off for details that Precision keeps simple and automatically comes with the service. “My ceiling was leaking on 2/9/24 and Servpro was contacted by my insurance company. I was called back promptly (15-20 minutes) notifying me that they would send someone same day. Alex and Jason arrived at my house in the evening and did the inspection. They checked my roof and attic to see what was causing leak and for moisture levels. They handled everything with much professionalism and contacted his Supervisor when I had additional questions on the whole process. Alex explained his findings and we were able to resolve my issue. Highly recommend for any issues with water leaks. They will take good care of you!!!!“
