“We were having water pressure issues and decided to call new wrx plumbing. They came in next day to perform home inspection. Jason and Nick were both really nice and straight forward as to what they think the problem was. They gave us recommendations and went with all of it as you get huge discounts with the package. Today, 10/24/2023, Jason came back with another plumber Jonathan who was also very nice to install our shower sets. They even offered a program that saved me extra 15%. This company takes care of their clients that’s why I signed up for their monthly subscription to get my water heater descaled every year. Will definitely recommend to friends. I praise them for their quality of work, professionalism and very good communication. Two thumbs up with all the excellent work done! Thank you so much!“

“I hired Premier Rooter because I know they do great work, my two bathrooms share a pipe, and they would both clog up so my husband and I would have to plunge every time we bathed. I spoke with Nate Wallace, and he scheduled an appointment . He said in the meantime, use Green Gobbler. His guys Konstatin and Eduardo came out and went under my house, replaced some pipes that were disgusting and clogged, and they even separated them. I definitely felt very confident with their work. They were under the house for some time, and they got the job done. I am so happy that I get to soak in my tub tonight. I highly recommend Premier, and I won't hire anyone else. In fact, I'm going to get some estimates on some more plumbing work from them.“

They worked with us through the whole process to make sure everything exceeded our expectations, we even had a surprise when the cabinets arrived in the correct color we choose, but the color didn't work in the lighting and they repainted in a new color no problem!We are very happy with the kitchen and with the manner everything was handled. So I searched the top 10 appliance repairs. Acutech was open. So I called from the website and Jeremy was able to come after his first appointment and then repaired my refrigerator before noon.“

“early December my 1994 Hague Soft Water System stopped working! Hague went out of Business! I called 6 different Places to help fix my system and left a detailed message. Only 2 companies called back! Only one was able to help; Rayne Pure Water! I also asked Karen to make sure to send someone who was familiar with MY System. He sure did and he was awesome! A lot of other companies did not want to touch my system because it was so old! I thought he would get here and make up some excuse because my system was old and SELL me a new one!! No he didn't; he was fast and efficient! I asked his honest thoughts on my system. He did say it was one of the oldest systems that he worked on; but since it was working- keep it. Just keep in mind that you'll need another system in the near future. So, NO pressure or sales pitch! I'm old school and appreciate that! So when I'm ready I will definitely use Rayne Pure Water! Thank you!“

“I've had Rooney's plumbing out for multiple issues now. I had some sink issues due to a bad contractor, and they discovered that she had not actually sealed any of the pipes that she installed. They fixed that up well, and they showed me how I could fix another sink issue myself so they wouldn't have to charge me. Since they seemed like Honest Folk, I had them out again to fix a major sewer line issue. They fixed a hole, installed an access point, and cleared out obstructions. I'll definitely call them again. Larry, in particular, was great. There was also a younger gentleman who fixed up the sink and showed me how to fix things, who was absolutely great. But I don't recall his name!“

“Master bathroom shower wouldn't drain and flooded the bathroom. Roto Hero came and snaked the shower that didn't resolve the problem. Mostly interested in selling us full set of new pipes for $14k. Plumbing Machine came on Monday and Eric thoroughly researched the problem. He snaked from the main sewer line & found roots in pipe. In 2014 we had Trenchless install liner. It was 30 ft & roots were in old pipe that starts at end of liner. Snake removed roots & bathrooms now drain well. Preventing it amounts to snaking once a year. Don't know why loner was only 30 ft. Will follow up with Trenchless. Eric & helper Bennie are polite, on time & even came early, thorough and willing to negotiate a senior discount. Will call again. 5 stars.“

He fixed the main problem quick and then found a new problem which he was quick to give solutions and talk to management about services and fees.
