My ceiling was leaking on 2/9/24 and Servpro was contacted by my insurance company. I was called back promptly (15-20 minutes) notifying me that they would send someone same day. Alex and Jason arrived at my house in the evening and did the inspection. They checked my roof and attic to see what was causing leak and for moisture levels. They handled everything with much professionalism and contacted his Supervisor when I had additional questions on the whole process. Alex explained his findings and we were able to resolve my issue. Highly recommend for any issues with water leaks. They will take good care of you!!!!

Henry, Tyler, Maria, Alex and another guy (sorry, I didn’t get his name) have done a great job with the water damage to my house. They were all very courteous, respectful and thorough which I really appreciated.2/12/24This is my second review of Servpro of No. Calif. Today they picked up the dehumidifiers from the living room and bathroom for the final day of their job in fixing the water damage to my house…next step is the construction part. I'd like to thank ServPro for taking great care of us. We had a small leak from the tub of the upstairs bathroom that damaged the ceiling of our downstairs living room. Henry from ServPro was out quickly to assess our situation. Tyler and Maria were in shortly after setting up the containment and machines. Both Tyler and Maria were extremely kind and very professional. We are very happy with the service ServPro provided and would highly recommend them to friends and family.
