“Scheduled a same day tele-health visit for my toddler with Dr. Christopher Tenore. My appointment was on time, so easy to access. It was a cold rainy day and I did not want to take a very sick/congested baby out and in a waiting room for a long time, I was so thankful this was an option.Provider was incredibly kind and so patient in answering all our questions. “I went in to this urgent care because I thought I was trying to pop a pimple in my ear but then it swelled up and was almost blocking my ear canal. No pain, but looked really bad and when I went in not only did I get in super fast, but nurse Monica was absolutely incredible. Friendly and calm and fun. She did all of the prep work, and then when they knew they needed to drain my ear, she sent me to another room. Once I got in that room, she kept me incredibly calm and relaxed. While Dr. Nguyên was performing the procedure to drain the blood from my ear, nurse Monica was there to hold a buzzing machine on my neck that made a noise and a sensation that took my mind off of what was going on. She also made jokes and kept things light. When I thought I was going to pass out from the pain and intensity of what was going on , she immediately got me a bucket and started fanning me while also assisting Dr. Nguyen, who was skillfully and quickly taking out the blood as fast as she could, while letting me know what was going on to calm my nerves. The two of them were extremely helpful in making a situation that I have never been in before , very comfortable . I am so incredibly grateful for this team. You are in good hands if you go to this urgent care. Thank you so much Nurse Monica, and Dr. Nguyen for all of your help. I am grateful!“

“8-2-22 I just want to take a moment and recognize Dr Merlín Sonny she is an outstanding Physician I met with her today due to some medical issues that I was experiencing but Dr Sonny went beyond the call of duty she listened to my problems and was very understanding and concerned for my care she is an asset to Gateway Medical Center,Kudos to her entire staff for the treatment I received she made my HMO look like a PPO Dr Sonny thank you so much for your kindness and your concern for my health. One of the best doctor I have met. Also, she and the nurses, gave me a call promptly for aftward check up and how I am doing. I have not receid such a care before. “This afternoon I brought my daughter in as a walk in and first thing I liked was how polite and friendly the receptionist Destiny was as if we were regular patients. We got called to the back again back office medical assistant Stephanie kind friendly professional made us feel comfortable took vitals and told us Dr would be in shortly, as she did. I like how Dr Lara was genuinely concerned about my daughter's visit and our needs such a sweet woman. Later that afternoon I was at my son's pedestrian since he isn't a patient at mayflower come to find out no Dr in office until next day I called Destiny to check my son's insurance I got a call back from her to bring him in the do take his insurance what a relief I couldn't miss another day of work. So I got to see staff again was there almost until closing still friendly staff I know how hectic it is working in medical field especially during pandemic &flu season but this ladies are Amazing even though end of shift is coming still giving to each patient thank you for tending to my children. If ever needed I'd be back and also recommend.keep up great job“

“There have been so many unfortunate reasons, injuries & illness when I have been to this urgent care. The waiting room is so large and usually empty when I have gone but the receptionist & Drs or Physician Assistants have been great. I would highly recommend this location but maybe I shouldn't because I like that it is always easy to get in and out.“

“I came in today (new years eve) with a stress fracture on my ankle. I had spent 6 hours the night before in the ER. All the stuff at the urgent care are so kind and emphatic. I was told it was about a three hour wait. I was seen in two hours, went straight to triage, then x-ray, i was seen by the doctor in under 20 minutes. I finally got the care so i desperately needed. The office was very clean and all the staff was kind and helpful!!“

“I have been coming to this facility for about 1year have never had a bad experience today I'm there and some crazy lady started yelling at the front office ladies she demanded to talk to nurse Anita she started yelling and Anita just stayed so calm and just listened as the lady just rambled on it was all over some paperwork Anita was able to help her.....And to the front office ladies good for you for staying calm and professional.“

“They also offer pediatric urgent care with a pediatrician on site! It was about a 30 mins and we got there right when they opened. Dr. Andrew was great! Very gentle and took great care of our toddler“
