“Dr Tu is a ENT specialist, I had been to countless medical offices for about 4-5 years and no one could pin point my cough. I finally saw Dr. Tu through a referral from a relative and he immediately ordered an allergy panel and found the source to my cough. I have been seeing him for about 4 years now and have my allergies under control and manageable. I see him 3-4x a year for maintenance treatment when the seasons change. I would recommend him for allergies, sinus issues and common cold / viruses. His office operates differently than some and I work in Los Angeles so his hours work great for me because I can stop in between 6-7 or one Saturdays. There are also mechanisms in place to hold your place in line if it is busy and you can pop in and out if you need to.“

“The PA I saw was very compassionate. He listened. He didn’t make any judgment or assumptions. He ordered an MR I for my back. The office processed the referral quickly on a Sunday. By Tuesday I had my MRI and the office called me with the results and send me a copy of the report. Everyone was compassionate, caring, and effective. I was very impressed. I will absolutely use them again should I need urgent care services or some type of urgent imaging in a non -emergency situation.“

“Workers Comp care is excellent and some offices with larger number of patients that they need to process with medical appointment will take an extra hour. Allowing patients opportunity to check in for appointment 15 minutes late due to frequent mid-day traffic incidents is tolerated which will affect wait times.“

“This is my go - to urgent care. Decent wait times. I've never had to wait more than an hour. Staff is very friendly. The last time I went , I took my daughter in for respiratory symptoms. The nurse or MA who attended us was friendly and so funny. She made my daughter's experience good. The providers are attentive and listen. I'd definitely recommend this urgent care.“

“Dr. Amer is amazing, and the urgent care staff is so nice. I've had a horrible experience catching allergic contact dermatitis where a substance I was allergic to went into my bloodstream and had to come in urgently. She was so nice and considerate listening to what i needed, and prescribed me the medicine i needed quickly. They even called after a few days to check in how i was doing which speaks volumes of their character! I was thoroughly impressed. Its a no appointment system and the place is very cleanly as well. I recommend!“

“There have been so many unfortunate reasons, injuries & illness when I have been to this urgent care. The waiting room is so large and usually empty when I have gone but the receptionist & Drs or Physician Assistants have been great. I would highly recommend this location but maybe I shouldn't because I like that it is always easy to get in and out.“

“This afternoon I brought my daughter in as a walk in and first thing I liked was how polite and friendly the receptionist Destiny was as if we were regular patients. We got called to the back again back office medical assistant Stephanie kind friendly professional made us feel comfortable took vitals and told us Dr would be in shortly, as she did. I like how Dr Lara was genuinely concerned about my daughter's visit and our needs such a sweet woman. Later that afternoon I was at my son's pedestrian since he isn't a patient at mayflower come to find out no Dr in office until next day I called Destiny to check my son's insurance I got a call back from her to bring him in the do take his insurance what a relief I couldn't miss another day of work. So I got to see staff again was there almost until closing still friendly staff I know how hectic it is working in medical field especially during pandemic &flu season but this ladies are Amazing even though end of shift is coming still giving to each patient thank you for tending to my children. If ever needed I'd be back and also recommend.keep up great job“

“Clean. Rapid. Professional. I had have bad experience before in other clinics. Today I visited here, and they provided clear instruction for how to get into the line. Nurses and my provider gave me diagnosis right after. Come here to my. Compare to my previous experience in other clinics, and I would recommend getting here if you need help.“

“I hope this can help someone out there... Dr Kaw and his Staff are a great team to me. I have been a patient less than a year and him and his team has helped me in getting healthy, dealing with pain and my weight. I am... I was a 400+ Samoan that loves to eat, and I will come to your BBQ, eat AND take a plate home for later, but I wasn't healthy at all, just recently he put me on Zepbound and that first week I dropped a lot of weight (a lot of weight) and it put him on high alert because rapid weight loss can cause hypoglycemia and that explained a lot that happened to me that first week and now I am being monitored very closely so I don't harm myself, This team is very good to me Lastly, I came in one day and told him that I had a breakdown and it really messed me up in January 2024, not only did these people not brush me off, they helped me get to where I needed to be....me again, that is a good Dr. and team to me, maybe not to some, but I can only tell you what has been done for me. “Went here for the first time for a drug test 7:30 AM. Claudia at the front desk was very clear, concise, and accommodating. I followed her instructions for filling out information on the phone and got in after about 5 minutes. Ana helped me after that and was quick and clear. Both ladies were straightforward and professional, no complaints here.“

“I'm impressed with Dr. Symaco & his assistant Anita's proactiveness. They called me up after receiving my lab results, to ask if I'm feeling any symptoms and sent the needed prescription to the pharmacy after the call. In addition, the doctor was able to see me right away even though my original appointment was scheduled a couple of weeks away. Dr. Symaco provided excellent care and listened attentively to my concerns. He and Anita displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.“

“I went in first thing Saturday morning and was out within 30 minutes of a TB test. When I returned for the read, I was sent to the other side of the building, but was taken care of promptly. Overall, not extremely friendly or welcoming staff but got the job done“
