He will come out to do a free quote for you, and tell you what is necessary vs. what is needed. He is very responsive to calls and texts. It's a family owned business in the local area, so they are here for us in SGV whenever we need plumbing services. I'm so glad I found Alberto because he did the necessary work for a lot less than what my realtor's plumber quoted for. I'm going to keep calling Alberto for all my plumbing needs in the future and recommend him to my friends, family, and coworkers.“

I had a horrible contractor that that basically didn’t do my kitchen sink piping correctly which caused my garbage disposal to not work properly. “After initially being told that a new water heater was necessary by other similar businesses over the phone, New Image Plumbing was the only business who was able to send out the technicians to look over the issue. Pierre and Matthew arrived to look over the heater. The only issue was a pipe that was connected to the water heater that had a pinhole size leaking the water. My wife and I was so relieved! They immediately went out to get the parts and came back within the hour. They fixed the issue in good time. Pierre even took the time to make sure all our faucets and shower heads were was all working. Great value and affordable. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs!“

“The upstairs shower in our condo blew an interior wall washer in the middle of the night (Saturday on a holiday weekend, of course) and I ended up having to shut down the water main and water heater in my PJs to keep from destroying the house. First thing Sunday morning I called F&M and spoke w their on-call service who then called Mike. I figured I was going to have to have the tile walls torn into and a major repair nightmare was imminent. F&M technician Santiago called me right back and was at my house within 30 minutes. After a very brief evaluation not only did Santiago assure me the fix was was relatively minor one, he had all the parts needed for the repair on his truck. From the time he came to the door until I was writing a check was 45 minutes, tops. I am extremely happy with the level of professionalism and service this company provided and will recommend them to anyone in the Pasadena SGV area. Oustanding in every way!“

“Where to start? Had a bit of a leak issue. Noticed a puddle of water in my garage that was dripping from the ceiling. Ran upstairs turned the water off to the toilet. Called multiple plumbers and earliest appointment was the next day, you could tell it was closing time.Total opposite with Christian, he listened to my problem and concern and told me he would see if a tech was available. Within 10 minutes, he actually called back like he said. Along with that, he said a tech was available, but since it was after hours there was a flat rate. Before sending a tech out, he asked me to give him in detail again of what happened so if possible maybe we could troubleshoot and save time and money. Sure enough, Christian was on point! I ended up calling them back today to install a new toilet, and Alonzo and his brother Gil were prompt, professional and quick! Installed in less than an hour. Would highly recommend these guys!“

“I was very impressed with their work. The price was very reasonable. I feel like they charged about the same as I would charge if I were them. It was very fast, very clean but they also took the time to make sure it was done very well. They tried everything they could to unclogg my drain and although they were partly successful, they gave me a quote to dig up the pipe and get it working perfectly again. They then dug it up and did the pipe work and filled it back in, all in the same day and also included another little pipe cleaning. Because of their work, I will never have the same problem again. “We called Elite to come out and snake our main sewer lines since we have a reoccurring root infiltration issue.They were able to send out a plumber same day, unfortunately he was not the most experienced fellow and did not help our situation at all (I'll leave it at that).The same night we spoke to Elijah who scheduled a technician to come out the following day.
