“My wife and I have been using trenchless sewer plumbing company for some time now, we have been very pleased with there professionalism, cleanliness, and fair prices and 3 weeks ago was no different we noticed a foul smell and part of the lawn raised higher than the rest of the yard right away we called Gonzalo and they came out and ran there sewer camera they showed us the cause of the problem and how bad our sewer pipes were they recommended a pipe burst method and after they thoroughly explaining to us what that was they gave us a quote we were pleased with the quote and we proceeded to move forward with the job, the next day his crew was here on time , taking the proper measures to ensure our peace of mind, by the time we realized there was two holes dug up and a hydraulic system bursting the old pipe and putting in the new pipe , a little after lunch they were washing our driveway making sure everything was put back the way we had it, my wife and I are so pleased with these guys we recommended them to all of our neighbors. “I called out 4 other plumbing companies for a leak in my yard, and none of them could figure out where it was, my water bill was through the roof! A family friend told me about New Image Plumbing, so I called and was met with MR PIERRE , not only did he find a leak within 20 minutes he also checked the pressure to my home and it was at 100 psi. He explained that normal water pressure should be no higher than 75 psi and recommended a pressure regulator. He got the leak fixed and pressure regulator installed for a very good price. “I needed a new earthquake valve installed into my gas line. The only problem was that the gas meter was located in a cramped spot and the line branched into two separate lines into the house (3/4" and 1/2"), leaving no obvious location to place the valve. A couple different plumbers came by and gave me both a) outlandish quotes and b) confusing explanations about the work involved. Carlos from Flintridge Rooter came by and gave me a clear explanation about how he was going to solve the problem and also explained how he bills for his time, resulting in a reasonable, affordable estimate. Carlos performed the work quickly and the end result was a nicely organized line into my house, mediated by a brand new earthquake valve. He explained how everything worked and when he was done he even explained how maintenance of our tankless water heater worked. If you need plumbing help, Carlos is the best. “We called Elite to come out and snake our main sewer lines since we have a reoccurring root infiltration issue.They were able to send out a plumber same day, unfortunately he was not the most experienced fellow and did not help our situation at all (I'll leave it at that).The same night we spoke to Elijah who scheduled a technician to come out the following day. Richard showed up on time and was able to quickly clean out our pipes and get things flowing again using his hydro jet system. Joe and his team were able to resolve a problem with the boiler / hydronic system used to heat a building that I used to live in. There were multiple different plumbers and specialists look at the boiler system and all failed to see that a part was installed 180 degrees in the wrong direction. After correcting the plumbing error and updating my indoor unit we have heat after 4+ years.“
