“July of 2024 I had Solid Construction do a full gut and remodel of my master bath. The entire experience was excellent from the sales coordinator Mike, to the crew manager Misha to one of the main craftsmen Serge. The work was meticulous, and they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the end product. I had designed the new footprint and was able to pick out all of my fixtures. They have a large showroom with a vast selection of cabinets, flooring and tile. When I did not find my "perfect" shower tile in what they had on hand, I was able to find what I wanted myself and it did not change the price quoted. Although Solid Construction contracted out to have the custom vanity built, they make sure the companies they partner with are of the same high caliber. My vanity and side cabinet came out exactly as I had requested all the way down to specific pull outs.<br><br>If you have a remodel project, I highly recommend Solid Construction and Design.“

“We shopped MSI recently looking for granite for a kitchen remodel. We shopped there mostly looking for a plan B when another vendor closer to us was having some uncertainty about having the number of slabs of our first choice granite that we expect to need for our project. Kansi helped us and was super helpful and friendly. They have some really unusual granite and quartzite products we had seen nowhere else. They sell wholesale to fabricators so would not give us any price information to us directly, but our contractor was able to determine if a specific product fell within our budget allowance once we picked a product. The website has a very nice tool to visualize many of their products in your room. We did not buy from MSI as the closer vendor was able to get our first choice product in sufficient quantity. However, we would definitely consider MSI for future work. They also carry some prefabricated products if a project does not need a full slab, which apparently can keep costs down when project parameters are appropriate for that. “We recently had our beautiful floors installed by Big Bob`s. We are extremely pleased with the whole service from start to finish. They came to our home the next day to measure up and in particular they paid attention to finishing details and sub floors. We received the written quotation couple of days later. After we placed an order we were contacted on 4 occasions by customer services and we were kept informed at all times. The fitters arrived on time as promised and they were very professional and helpful. They finished our flooring in one day and stayed till 7pm to get the job done. They even vacuumed before they left. On the whole we were very pleased with the whole process and would highly recommend.“
